Pls look at d picture very well and u will notice that there was no july 2nd correspondence there, wot is there is jan 2nd which was probably documents d agent submittedthat was acknowledged. Pls do not put unnecessary pressure on the guy.

Based on my experence as per a friend application You probably on a 5 years ban Already ,pls order ur gcms note to see the truth as agent often like to hide the truth especially when it a 5years ban!

Agent Using ur phone numver and email for biometric booking does not mean the agent use ur email for the actual application on ircc website!

U no longer do 2 way courier with dhl. U only pay one way drop off to dhl and pay vfs for delivery

Am I supposed to be scared ?

-When I log into IRCC account, my application says my eligibility status was reviewed. But it still shows final decision as “approved”

The tracker account says “in progress” and has no visa number displayed

Vfs Lagos office is still where it is, it has not moved. I was there last week Thursday.

As at today I contacted VFS by email and they said my passport is not ready for collection and it’s still being processed at the embassy

Since I submitted my passport, I have not received any single email notification

I feel something is wrong somewhere. I submitted since on the 8th

Remember I’m the guy who was complaining about a VFS staff making me pay SMS fee that was not compulsory

I later reached out to VFS and requested a refund politely and they said they cannot issue a refund as I’ve used the SMS services already

Are you sure they are not angry with me for requesting a refund of the SMS fee and are now withholding my passport

If u stay close to vfs, dropping off in person is better but u need to book an appointment. It takes 3-4 days to b ready if u would also pick up in person

My brother Visitor Visa was approved today. He applied on the 22nd of March, 2024. He has done biometric in his previous applications. No travel history, he had been refused UK student visa 2wice, Canada student visa once and US visit visa once.

My question is, which is faster and better, to send his passport by courier or go to their office in person. Reason is that I want him to attend my birthday coming up in few weeks

U ought to receive emails regarding to d state of ur passport. Hope the mail u wrote on ur photocopied data page is correct?
Judging from ur timeline, ur stamped passport ought to be ready. Did u opt in for courier service?

The agent cheated u oo. Sms fee is not compulsory,not that they are going to send any sms. Every communication is thru email

Am d wife here. My husband only wrote a letter of sponsorship stating that he's d one sponsoring me and he submitted his own acc statement, I didn't submit mine. I only submitted my reference letter and leave letter from my work place.
My hubby and kids have not traveled yet with their visas

In that case, u would definitely be paying the transmission fee and if u would be needing d courier service,u would definitely pay for that too.

No, except u r sending to Abuja when u have had ur biometrics in Lagos.
But whichever way, make sure u include d passport data page they gave u on ur biometrics day

If u want to submit in person dat means u will have to book appointment but if u r using courier then u don't need to.

This has nothing to do with being the director of the company or not. This is solely about your proof of funds. If u r sure u submitted genuine POF, all u need to do is to get a reference letter from d bank and submit my bank statement (mbs).
If not, na 5 yrs ban.

My family have visit visas but my student visa was denied twice. Had no option but to apply for visit and it was approved.

It doesn't work that way.
If u want to track ur application, u will first of all register on the tracking app with the email address u used in ur application. Only then would you be able to track ur application.

Please, a friend of mine applied through agent in February but he was trying to track it yesterday but it’s says not found. The confirmation email he received when he did his biometric contain the tracking number so he tried to use that and his birthdate to track but it say not found. Please what could be the problem

It's not about people rushing it's about reality of the law many people are today in Canada stranded but rushed because people were rushing with visiting visa and believed they can convert it,today canada immigration law is reality and that's what I just pointed out to avoid what I was told VS what is reality

If u have the email used for the registration, u must have been receiving correspondence/update from ircc concerning ur application.
There's room for change of password. So long u have ur application number and ur UCI number, u can change ur password

Use her portal to submit their application. There is high tendencies for approval, since they will be using u as hometie.
Documents:
1) financial documents
2) birth certificates
3) sponsorship letter and a letter of consent
4) if they r of school ages, letter of introduction from school
5) school fees receipt, result/report card

Please How is the best way to apply for ones kids (who are minors) for a visiting visa and what are the chances of success. I will appreciate if I can get details of essential documents that may be required for them. Please note that their Mum already got her Visa and is supposed to travel with them. Also reason for travel is to visit their siblings schooling there. please what are the chances and documentation.
