Positive LMIA received by *him*.. Emphasis on *him* because I didn't get to see it..
Job offer signed but I didn't get to do it myself either.
I just needed a time frame to prepare my mind for the best.

Please house,, what should I be expecting next after Biometrics and what are my chances of getting approved?... Especially after waiting for over 3months for the next available update

My uncle is going on vacation to Canada in October, and 2 of his kids want to accompany him. He has a valid Canada visa. These kids are both females, married, and in their 30s. He will be the sole sponsor of the trip.

I want to know if it's proper for both kids to apply for visas together as a group or if each person should apply individually. He will give them necessary documents to support their applications.

MR man u don't need to reply with calling someone u don't know mumu, i have seen people that wait for 2yrs and still get the visa..... the same person did for my friend Jan 2024 she get a call last month to summit passport she stays in UK..... so stop calling people mumu when you are dropping comments on a group

I only have the application number, the other information is with the agent…. When ever I called him he will tell me that we are still waiting for the result anytime Frm now….that’s what the agent use to tell me

Hi Guys, I need clarification please.
Visa Refused !
Reason was my purpose of visit isnt for temporary purpose , I have also requested for GCMS note.
However in the tracker ( New IRcc New Version) it says Eligibility - completed and Background check is still "In Progress even after decision was taken. Has anyone experienced such and what could be the reason.

Hi guys, what is the realistic timeline for visit visa from Nigeria? I am aware of the recommeded timeline on IRCC website but I'm just trying to weigh my options between applying for visit visa for my wife or wait till I have enough proof of funds to apply to spousal sponsorship. Please advise

Kindly clarify my on this question too.

My first and second application was refused because of finances, not been able to prove source of funds and how the money in the account was accumulated. I used Naira account on both the first and second POF, but now I want to use a Canadian bank draft for my POF.
I have paid my first semester tution fee, i want to put 35CAD on the Canadian bank draft as my remaining tution fee and living expenses. Because I heard it serves as GIC purpose too.

My question is
1. Do i have to show a naira account to proof source of funds too? If yes, like how much should I show in the naira account? With what opening and closing balance?
2. If i attach only Canadian bank draft as my only POF with 35 CAD, what documents will I need to provide to show how the money was accumulated and to convince the Visa officer that I actually have access to the money.
3. I also want to prove that I do business and work. Do i need separate business account for it and also have seperate account that shows my salary earnings?

Your inputs and guidance will be highly appreciated as this is my third application, i want to get it this time around.

I helped someone order GCMS notes in december after their agent told them the visa was still in process since January 2024. However, the notes revealed that a fake bank statement was used to his application, and he had been banned since July 2024. This person then unknownly applied for a USA visa in october , and the visa officer asked what happened to his Canada application. He responded that it was still under process by canada embassy . The officer then said, 'Sorry, we cannot issue you a visa.

I have a question regarding my sister's application for Canada Visiting Visa. The VFS Biometric has been done since September 2023 and she's yet to receive any form of communication from VFS or the Embassy. Whenever I ask about it, I was told it takes this long and the Embassy has a back up log or something. Please can someone advise if this is entirely true and if there's anything one can do?

I’ve gone through a lot of the post here and I noticed that after you’ve applied and get your biometrics done, you wait for biometrics validity confirmation and passport requests?

Is that how the visitor visa is processed? I always think that you get called for an interview or something. Someone please explain the process to me 🙏🏾

The person going is over 60 years old, would this help to reduce the time the person would spend at VFS?
