Pimplewankeeme:
How pls? I wish I won't see money to sub honestly. Masturbation have ruined me.. I need to be accountable to someone. An idle mind is truly the devils workshop.

I used to struggle with masturbation up until September last year.
Let me tell you what helped:
1) I stopped listening to music that talks about sex (secular music)
2) I put God at the center of this journey (you can’t do anything without HIM).
3) focused on exercise as a way to let out the steam.
4) make sure you get out of the house at least 3 times a week.
5) and most importantly, take it easy on yourself. Masturbation is not an easy thing to quit; you’ll most likely fail within the next few days but I promise with time you’ll be able to achieve one week, two weeks and so on.

Remember rome was not built in a day.
Eventually you’ll come back here to celebrate one month free; I promise you.

I used to be like this, even much worse….one thing I’ll advise you is stop using all these harsh chemicals that claim to cure acne. Drink a lot of water and try to get zinc (at least 20mg) per day…zinc does wonders for acne.
Also if you masturbate…STOP IT.
Masturbation has been proven to cause a rise in stress hormones and in response one of the ways the body tries to combat stress is through inflammation (e.g pimples and acne)

so someone should clarify something for me, APC says e transmission of results not mandatory; yet house of reps and senatorial results were transmitted electronically.
So if something is good for the goose why is it not good for the gander?
INEC shot themselves in the foot when they allowed the transmission of the other two results barring the presidential results.
IF INEC WANTED TO HAVE A STRONG CASE, then they would have done a manual collation for ALL results not just the presidential.
This goes to show that INEC/APC did not really think this plan through.

bro, pls I need your help on this...

Hello, I just saw your mention. I have an online course where I show you how to create an online course.
If you are interested, I can send you the link to learn from there.

You can also watch a preview of the course to see if you will like it before payment.

I don’t think it’s all ladies. I’m a light skinned dude, some ladies think I’m good looking others not so much.
Also i think opposites attract; I noticed that lighter skin women go for more dark skin guys and dark skin women go for more light skin men.
Although I have seen couples who go against this my observation; I just observed that to be the norm.
ALL the women I have had success with in the past have all been dark skin; hence my preference for that type of woman.
For me, I see dark skin women as VERY BEAUTIFUL; maybe it’s due to the fact that all the women in my family are light skin so I don’t really see them as attractive.
Sorry for going off tangent; the point I’m trying to make is that NOT all women find a light skin dude as attractive; it’s more of DARK SKIN women who find LIGHT SKIN men attractive: as for the rest (LIGHT SKIN WOMEN) they have a major preference for dark skin men.

want to teach a laborer web development.

As far as he can operate a mobile device and is competent enough to understand English, I see no reason why he can’t learn a high paying skill like web development. Don’t look down on anyone bro.

Good day Nairalanders
I've been a regular member in here but I'd decided to open a fresh account for the sake of privacy, and please pardon my typographical errors or probably correct them for me cause I like learning.

So here's the thing, I've been working for someone as a labourer for the past five years in a small private company. A very stressful work and very time consuming that I see no future in it and its affecting my health at the same time causeI always look stressed up, however I've been able to save a little over 3 million within this period of time. But your man is getting old, am 27 and by now I'm supposed to have a sable business of my own I should be doing.

Now am planning to leave the work cause to me it seems like I've wasted all this years cause I don't have any single skill to start with, I have no knowledge of any business to venture into and if I decide to go and start learning handwork it will take me more time, hence my confusion.. So many thought have been going through my mind. if I should relocate, buy a small car and start uber business or if I should look for a way and leave the country, or if I should just venture into business.

Please guys what do you advise me to do

Let me teach you the skill of web development, it’s a skill that is in high demand, it allows you to work from the comfort of your home and you can also diversify into other areas such as digital marketing; while also creating passive income from monthly web maintenance services and a whole lot more. If you are interested in this kindly send me an email :
