Not that, some few schools are now compulsorily demanding at least an A1 German certificate even for fully English taught courses, failure to do so will result to a rejection. That's just how it is, e.g HU Berlin..they believe you need basic German to get around and I have a feeling more will ask for this in the coming years.

Take note of when the next startdeusch1 exam will take place at Goethe, get necessary materials and brush up and may be attempt that exam, if you pass, A1 is your reward. However, its easier said than done, because you will need a considerable amount of hard work and dedication to scale through.

bos, is he having the problem maybe cos he applied for a course with germn language as d teaching language? or everybody have to attend gothe after securing admission before one can apply for visa even if the cause is taken in English?

kindly shed some light on dat...
