From what I think, the power module should be the problem not the screen or signal cable.

LordReed: I doubt that that phone is an original driod razr HD. There is no way a Motorola Android phone would lack Google Play services. For confirmation use your browser to search for cpuz apk, download and install. Run it and Take screenshots of all the tabs and post them here.
