Nah we didn't atleast I know what I signed.
Since the landlord died, the landlady feels she doesn't hv to pay Nepa bills and keep giving stupid excuses. We found out about this when they stopped collecting the money and it was assigned to and we found out we've been paying for her. We spoke to some Nepa officials and they said they can't interfare.

The landlord is under obligation like every other tenants to pay taxes such as Nepa bill. In such case the tenants can complain to the authority in charge of Nepa bill , so that ur landlord's light will be disconnected.

But b4 u do anything ensure that you guys haven't ignorantly attest to pay for your landlord in the tenancy agreement .

What about a situation whereby the landlady refuse to pay Nepa bills, what can the tenants do in such situation ?

I still think this is just one of those cbn false threat. I remember when they threatened to close accounts that didn't update there details to get the new account numbers,?well some people are still using there old account numbers and nothing happened. I

The other guy I was talking about is chino. I only did few transaction with him and I took the back seat to observe and I don't know if he is still delivering like he did. I was among the few ones that enjoyed free shipping

Nah I didn't, though I almost made the transaction but I changed my mind and I had to use the other guy.

I've been following this issue since last year when it started. One thing is certain, lagtech is not in the states. I believe Jimmy is lagtech and lagtech is jimmy. Getting a USA phone number is much easier today thanks to apps on smartphone. The individuals involved are to be blamed cause they kept on ranting on niaraland instead of taking serious steps. Some even threatened to use black magic on him and gave him countless ultimatum, una be Massob?

I grew up in Maryland so I know Jesu oyingbo very well. There was a story that he almost woke up on the third day and lighting struck him dead . Inbreeding definitely took place cause I was in one of his building when the children and grandchildren fought the firstborn, demanding for increase monthly pay...lol so many things were said.
