After booking your initial appointment, you have 3 chances to reschedule.
You can view the appointment calendar as many times as you want, the attempt only counts when you successfully book an appointment.

In my mom's case for instance, I secured her initial appointment for May 2025, I saw she had 3 more reschedule attempts left. I kept checking for an early date but each time I tried to pick a date, an error message pops up. Eventually, I rescheduled her for November 2024, same night I rescheduled again for October 2024. Now she has 1 more reschedule chance left.

Please I need some advice, I have already booked an appointment sadly I clicked on Oct 2025 and surprisingly was booked. Now I checked and saw I have only 2 attempts to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date, my question now is:-

When do the 2 attempts count, is it when I successfully secure another date then 1 rescheduled attempt is counted


Or

When I click on the reschedule bottom to view the calendar after which I exit the page without picking a date or I do not see a date to pick from will that count as another attempt to reschedule


or

Can I go as often as I want to view the calendar my 2 rescheduled attempts will only count when I successfully click on a date and get rescheduled. Kindly advise please so I do not waste my two attempts just viewing the calendar

I didn't use any payment details. Once you pay at the bank, your payment will be processed automatically within 24 hours, and you will be able to book your appointment. Keep checking your account.

Wow! prayers up for you because you need to chat with support to send you an activation email for your account to be active and that usually takes 24 hours. my mom's account took 48 hours to be active.

After making payment at the bank, it usually updates automatically within 24 hours. Then you can schedule an appointment.
You can chat with support if yours didn't work. The new site is a mess.

Yeah, I also saw September, October etc. The earlier dates don't work. Whenever I pick any of them, I get an error message.

They have earlier dates. You can reschedule if you want. Dates are open from September (current month)

When you choose the pay in bank option, you're prompted to generate a bank slip. You then take the slip to first bank for payment. I couldn't do the transfer option because it was not working from my end.

No it didn't change. It still had that when I booked the appointment. You need to message support and let them know what's going on.

We paid yesterday. It takes 24 hours to process.

There's even an easier way: Pay with transfer.

I tried the transfer method, for some strange reason it didn't work for me.

I tried to pay for my mom using my debit and credit card and it didn't work. When I contacted support, they advised that I use alternative means. I had to send someone to pay at firstbank. You may try that. You need to generate a payment slip on the website, take it to the bank for payment. Then wait 24 hrs for them to update the system before you can schedule appointment.

Please if you're coming here try and use Fidelity bank BTA to get some dollars with you. Swiping your card here now is outrageous. You can't believe the exchange rate now, it's crazy especially GTBank. Fidelity will give exchange of 199.50 or 200 per $. GTBank fluctuates from 215 to 220 swiping your card.

Most tickets are valid for one year. As a student, you don't need a return ticket cos it will definitely expire in a year.

It depends on the hotel's cancellation policy. Some says free cancellation 24hrs/48hrs before check in. If you didn't cancel, you will be charged for a night.
