Who knows what this is and how to cure it. I noticed it gets worse when she puts on shoes.

I need your suggestion please |
How can I get my money from someone I worked for. I worked as a teaching assistance for my boss that owns a teaching school and also helped him out with with teaching a private class. A month before the end of the contract, I had an accident and broke my arm. I went to work with the broken arm till I completed the contract. Two months now after the contract. I am yet to get paid. I reached out to the school and found out that they have paid my boss less than 2 weeks after the contract due date, but he has not paid me. I have been at home for 3 months now without work because of my hand and I have a wife that doesn't go to work and a 9months old baby I take care of. I have pleaded with my boss to pay me even if it 50k out of the 600k plus that he is owing me but he kept posting me. He kept telling me he is expecting money for the past 2 months but I have not seen a dime. I had to go borrow money from a bank which I tried not to do hoping that he will pay up before the due date. Now from the look of things I don't think he has any intention of paying me. I don't know where he lives and his school is shut down from what I heard because he is focused on another contract he got with Microsoft. Please I need suggestion on how I can get my money from him. I am thinking of dragging him and his company on social media, I don't know if it is legal. Please any advice will be highly appreciated. |
Good morning I'm seeking advice on a challenging situation. I recently completed a contract with a private academic firm, but despite fulfilling my obligations, the owner has refused to pay me. It's been two months since the contract ended, and despite my efforts to reach out, I've received no response. I'm at a loss for what to do next. The owner has stopped taking my calls, and I'm not even sure where to find him as he is rarely in the office. This situation is especially difficult for me as I've been unable to work since February due to a hand injury from an accident. With a wife and a nine-month-old baby to support, I'm now facing financial hardship. Any legal advice or guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. N.B. I didn't sign a contract with him this time around because I have been with him for sometime. |
Truvelisback:Thank you for contributing. However they have no right to force her into my house and this has been clarified by the family unit in a police station. You don't have to give wrong information just because u want to troll. I am capable of taking care of both ladies just fine. |
Blessedmercy8:I don't have an issue taking responsibility ma. My girl is aware of the situation and she is still with me nothing changed. I am only trying to know what is lawful because a girl can just point to anyone that he is responsible for her pregnancy because the guy is well to do and the law will back her up only for the baby to be born and it turns out he is not the father. |
BritishAirways:I have taken the case to the police and they told the girl's family that it is unlawful for them to forcefully push the girl to my house without my consent. There is a criminal law in Lagos state called "disertion of pregnancy" which says the man can be jailed if he fails to take responsibility for a pregnancy. Before the law can jail some1 charged with this offense, don't they have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that that the said man is really responsible for the pregnancy? I just found out the girl is also sleeping with my landlord and his brother. |
Blessedmercy8:Thank you for sharing. I never said I can't or won't take care of the baby if it's mine. I only came here here to know what the law says about where she will stay while pregnant. I have reported the issue to the police and they said there is no law that she must stay with me while pregnant. Infact the law frowns at it if the guy doesn't ant her to stay with him. I found out today that my landlord and his brother are sleeping with the same girl. |
Hello Nairalanders, I lost my job and the next day I learnt that a girl I had sex with is pregnant (5 weeks) . The family is insisting that if I don't want to marry her, I will atleast take care of her till she delivers. I did not object to their decision. My issue however is that they said she must stay in my house during this period which I don't want. What does the law say about this? My fiancée is currently in my house and we are supposed to get married February. I will tell my fiancée today when I get back from work Thank you |
