Of course we don't have enough doctors. WHO has a recommended doctor to population ratio. India for example have achieved it recently.

World Health Organization (WHO) has promulgated desirable doctor–population ratio as 1:1,000 (300 for patients ratio)

South Africa are nearly there - they just need hire 16,000 more doctors - to make that number 56,000.

Kenya we need 47,000 doctors - and we have only 13,000 - so we need to hire 30,000 doctors - in private and public sector - we are training 600 doctors annually - so unless we change tact - we will get there in 50yrs!

We need to train like 2,000 doctors plus so we can get there in 10-15yrs. And then we won't have patients running abroad..or dying needless or suffering from treatable diseases.

But TZ will not even listen to WHO.

I can guarantee you that the same people who visit Tanzania start their journies in Kenya, and will definitely end their journies the same route. Tourism sector, Mining sector, construction sector, Hotel, Agriculture, transportation, Livestock, fishing etc.

So Tanzania is ahead of Kenya on those above.

Kenya has higher tourists numbers than Tanzania, 2017 and 2013 Tanzania received more tourists than kenya, this were election years. Tanzania has more tourists attractions than kenya but kenya has more hotels what does this mean for an investor?
I can guarantee you nearly all four and five star hotels in Tanzania you will find kenyan employees in most of the white collar jobs and they will also be the heads in the blue collar jobs

Kenya promote mass tourism but Tanzania promote executive tourism.
So Tanzania make more money than Kenya.

Also you forget to mention corruption. How is does corruption affect investment!?
That why Kenya earn less than $1b in tourism but Tanzania earn more than $2.5b. Is a huge gap.
