Okay let's evaluate from the image alone cause I'm not watching the video👀👏🏽 First let's ask ourselves who, what, when, where, and why. Who? no information whatsoever but skin looks white from observation, milf in her late 40s, blonde probably an European, might be a lazy christain because of the skirt, braless and tattoos. What? We can see a shop behind with bag of water, flat/long woodlike structure(might be iron rods though but we're sticking to observations...so no fowl play), ground looks muddy and weather looks dim like it's evening. Where? Lekki Expressway.The guy could be lying though but we'll take it(most posters wouldn't lie about the location of an event relating to news) Why? Clothes looks clean so probably being out for only a few hours(max 34hours) I cannot see a crowd of people, and such a event of an insane oyibo on the street will attract a lot of attention(Nigerians will understand, no body wey no wan help oyibo in crisis(Nigerian law enforcement included)).
