Amnuay Suriwong, 68, took the wild animal under his wing in the name of companionship, but the operation came crashing down when the ungrateful swine skewered him on its tusk.

A meal fit for monkeys was served on Sunday at the annual Monkey Feast Festival in central Thailand.

Amid the morning traffic, rows of monkey statues holding trays were lined up outside the compound of the Ancient Three Pagodas, while volunteers prepared food across the road for real monkeys — the symbol of the province around 150 kilometers north of Bangkok.

Five years after his last movie, actor Johnny Depp is returning to the Pirates of the Caribbean series.

A newly-wed groom has been slammed after he was carried down the aisle in a coffin at his funeral-themed wedding. One of the wedding guests filmed the unusual nuptials, where the groom made the bizarre choice to be carried into the outdoor ceremony in a black coffin.

A video which has quickly gone viral and has gained a whopping 8.1million views on TikTok, shares the unique wedding day antics. Whilst dramatic music played in the background, a big car arrived and the doors were opened, revealing a casket with the groom inside.

The footage was shared on TikTok by user @tobz88, who said: “Is this a funeral? No this is how my friend decided to walk down the aisle”. The video is captioned: “Tell me you’re dramatic without telling me you’re dramatic”.

But to add to the strangeness of the couple’s big day, it wasn’t a purely gothic-themed wedding – as the groomsmen wore pale grey suits and the bridesmaids were seen in floaty blue maxi dresses.

The video sees the wedding guests standing in anticipation for the groom’s arrival, with many filming the bizarre entrance.

We see the bridesmaids and groomsmen struggling to lift the heavy coffin down the aisle.

The coffin is carried to the end of the aisle, to the spot where the bride and groom will make their solemn vows.

The viral clip shows wedding guests looking on with a mix of interest and confusion, with one groomsman even seen shaking his head.


Once the casket is placed down, the soon-to-be-married groom steps out of his wooden box and is seen wearing a smart white blazer and black bow tie.

The bride’s reaction has not been revealed either.

However, the short clip has certainly caused some controversy on the app as the couple was slammed for being ‘disrespectful.’

One user stated: “We would be divorced before we said I do.”

Another said: “They all were so embarrassed, I’d be embarrassed as well, no offence.”

At the Saturday Wings Over Dallas event, two antique aircraft collided in the air, scattering debris and starting a nearby fire.

A Bell P-63 Kingcobra is passing by a Boeing B17 Flying Fortress bomber in a video that has been shared online. The Kingcobra is soon fully destroyed when the bomber crashes into it, shattering it into a ball of fire.

A witness to the air show claimed that the P-63 was banking left and had the B17 in its blind area at the moment, making it impossible for the pilot to anticipate the approaching collision.

Jason Evans, a Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman, told the Dallas Morning News that the crash occurred at around 1.30pm above the Dallas Executive Airport.

There are now around 40 Fire-Rescue crews on the scene, according to CNN.


Witnesses say debris is now strewn over Highway 67 in Texas, where Fire Rescue authorities say an active fire has broken out.

In Nyaga village, Gatanga, Murang’a county, Kenya, 30-year-old Kamau Ngugi was stoned to death after killing his fiancée, Mary Mwihaki, 39, over an alleged adultery.

After killing the mother of three on Wednesday because he thought she was having an affair with another guy, the suspect was reportedly stoned to death by a furious crowd.

An eyewitness said Ngugi accosted Mwihaki while milking at her employer’s farm and attacked her with a panga before beheading her in what is believed to have been a love tussle.

“We heard Mwihaki raise alarm and dashed to the scene only to find she had been beheaded,” the eyewitness said.

Ngugi was apprehended and stoned to death by the irate mob.
