4gunners: Hey, For the AC, there are 3 stages 1. Individual Presentation 2. Group presentation 3. Individual panel interview For the individual presentation they’ll give about 5 topics to choose with abut 10-15 minutes to prepare. It’s a one minute presentation Advice: Be bold and don’t talk too fast, introduce yourself (just your name) before speaking, be confident and make eye contact, don’t exceed the one minute time limit, practice what you’re going to say before you go in there. The next is Group Presentation. They will sit everyone in a room with the panelists observing. They will give each person a clue and your task is to piece all the clues together and come up with a solution. Then a member of your group will present. Advice: Ensure you actively participate and speak, don’t talk over anyone and don’t shut anyone’s opinions down, ensure what you’re saying is meaningful, if you can present it’s an added advantage but ensure all your points are laid out clearly so that you don’t get tongue tied when you’re presenting. For the individual panel interview, just be confident, don’t fidget, don’t rock your chair or make excessive hand gestures, prepare answers to questions, read through your CV General Advice: Go early, be properly dressed (with tie for guys), ensure you introduce yourselves, know each other’s names, it’ll ease the tension and it’ll help during group presentation I wish you all the best! 10 Likes |

Wrote the test in November and this platform really helped so i decided to share for the sake of those yet to write the test The test had 10 current affairs about 20 Numerical questions And 20 verbal questions. The questions came in the form of normal objectives, Data Sufficiency and Sentence Correction. Use the 2018 GMAT guide to study. Specifically the Diagnostic practice tests at the beginning of the textbook. For the Essay part there were two questions pick one 1. Give an example of how you’ve had to apply Creative Thinking to solve a challenge either as Leader or a follower and give examples ( not sure this is how it was phrased) 2. “Highly effective teams are built on team spirit” Discuss with relevant examples For the Current Affairs Question - [ ] Full meaning of NAPTIP - National Agency for Prohibiting Trafficking in persons - [ ] When is the next Youth Olympics - [ ] Which country doesn’t use a parliamentary system - Pakistan, Israel, etc - [ ] UN headquarters - [ ] Which of these is not part of the European Union - [ ] What year was EFCC formed - [ ] Which President was arrested on 5th October 2018 - [ ] Governor of Kastina - [ ] First Executive President of Nigeria - [ ] Meeting with European nations on dividing Africa among them for colonization ( Can’t remember the question but the answer was Berlin conference in 1884) I advise you to go through the 2015/2017 thread to see other current affairs questions 5 Likes |
