yes the thread many of you have been waiting for. I will now be posting about the REAL, Untouched Hausa peoples i.e., my people.

i might be years late to this but bro hausas have a beautiful culture, I wish the yorubas and hausas can unite. The two tribes can do so many good things together. Hausas with their creative thinking and yorubas with intellectual and strategic thinking, if they united nigeria will prosper. InshAllah, I will marry a fellow Muslim lady from the north.

Ndigbo are one of the two groups in West Africa to grant special status to women and allow women to take part in the government of the nation. The other group is Ashanti of Ghana.
In Igboland women have special political group known as Umuada.
The Aba women riot was carried out by the female only political wing in Igbo land

LITERATURE
Ndigbo are the only group in Sub-Saharan Africa that have indigenous writing system known as Nsibidi. The other that would have rivaled this feat is Ethiopia as well but since they don't consider themselves as Negros, Ndigbo have it. This writing system is also practiced by Igbo allies like Ibibio and Efik
