Simple, just open the back cover, detach the battery plug, reattach, cover the phone, plug in charger, it will come up.

ve done it but the charging is xremely slow....
after many hrs, it will charge to 5%.... when u check again, it will go back to 3%.
what i need is a solid power charger but i don't ve any idea on how to get it .

my battery on my note4x died today and it has refused to come up...........
i noticed tht it was not charging, i had to move my photos, text n few things to my mi9t.
the only important thing in the note4x now is my banking app, it won't work on the mi9t cos i need to verify it n d number dn lost.
if i plug the note4x, e go they blink red light....................
now, how i get my note4x to start working again? is it the battery or what? help pls...............

Whenever you are faced with issues like this the first you do is find out the real problem.
It might be the battery (highly possible, the phone is old afterall), Charging Port(Clean it), Charger Brick, USB cable and lastly software.

So to be sure of the first three look for another good Charger and test with your usb cable in charging your phone, also test with another USB cord

But in my past experiences what you are facing if the battery life is poor after the so called day charging, then start by ordering or looking for a replacement battery.

Also are you saying you can't move your tools to your new phone?

yes, i can move my tools but i don't think i can move the wechat.
i lost the number i used in registering and the wechat is in my second space.
the funny thing is that after trying everything to charge it, the battery still lasts befre discharging. if d battery was bad, is it going to discharge quickly? i tried a few usb like mine but still same thing................most times i gat to switch d fone off n leave it for many hrs. d tin dey stress me .

Are u using original charger and cord?.
If not make sure you are using a good charger 2.4amps or higher.best you test ur fone on a known good xiaomi charger first

my note4x dn dy go almost 3 years now..........
dey stole the usb cord the first week or so...
i have been using a third party charger but sometime , it is very slow in charging. the phone fit charge more than 24hr, if u re not monitoring the phone, it will be draining instead of charging bro. i was getting tired of the phone, i bought mi9t. do you think it is the phone battery? how do i kow if the battery is still good? thanks

i don't know if it is d battery or charger.
sometimes it takes a whole day to charge completely and this is without you using it..
when you are charging and using it, the battery will be draining instead of charging.
i already bought another xiomi mi9t but i still want my note 4x in good shape cos that is where all my tools are..........
