Hey guys..
I've been looking for a shop/office for the past 3 months now. I've paid 5k, 3k (x2) 2k (x3) respectively to different agents for form/registration.

After months of searching, just yesterday, one of the agents took me to one available shop, which I really liked. The shop is at 5k/month and I'm to pay 1yr & 6months, which I'm okay with. The problem, however, is that the agents wants me to pay 120k for agents and agreement. Total of N210k for both shop rent, agent and agreement fee.

Is this normal or am I being cheated?
Really need advice and contribution of experts in the house.

One thing about goods like this is PACKAGING.
Sell to the right person. You can sell to guys around Leki for 5,000 while sell for a friend for 2k.
All depends on who your audience are.
But make sure whichever of the piece you want to sell at a high rate are SCARCE DESIGN.
Like they are not common.

Before you remind me, I know this is not the right section to post this. I already opened a thread on health section but it's not getting enough views as there ain't many people viewing the section right now. I'm posting here due to the seriousness of my condition.

I took a herbal medicine, Goko Cleanser precisely in the day time.
Now I'm having a serious headache.
Can I take a paracetamol? It's been 6 hours since I took the herbal medicine.

I just got myself a new Tecno spark 5 pro, after reading and watching so many Tecno spark 5 vs Infinix hot 9 comparison videos. I decided to go for Tecno spark 5 pro because I've always been a big fan of Tecno brand, and also because in most of the comparisons, Tecno spark 5 came first in performance.

The phone comes in 3gb ram and 64gb storage
The price is 55k
