You can try prepping your stomach with fruits like pineapples, tangerine, oranges, mangoes. Limd, lemon, ginger, garlic etc before your actual meal
Not saying you need all of that I mrntioned above at once, a few of the will help prepare your stomach for the actual meal you want.
Start your day soft, like tea > fruits> soft breakfasts (custard, ogi (akamu), eko etc. If you start your day with heavy foods like akpu, farina. Semo, Eba, Amala Pounded Yam etc, your stomach will still keep hurting and you will end up throwing up continously.
Who you need to see is a nutriologist that czn guide you on your eating hsbifs.
A nutrologist is a licensed medical doctor who specializes in the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of nutritional and metabolic disorders. Unlike nutritionists or dietitians, nutrologists have completed medical school and can legally prescribe medication, order laboratory tests, and manage complex diseases related to nutrient deficiencies or excesses.

Politics › Re: Oyo Rescue: Governor Makinde Thanks The Security Forces And President Tinubu by AnotherAlien: 12:57am On Jul 11 |
seunlayi: Congratulations everybody involved in the process of the release. Especially, thanks should be given to governor Seyi on this because I am sure his talk with the kidnappers played a big role to facilitate the celebration of today.
I guessed they gave money to the Bandit and still cornered them...kudus to our security agency on this. It's a loud one to all terrorist to stay clear of Oyo State and the national Park
According to reports, one of the key tactics employed during the rescue operation was identifying the kidnappers, tracing their family members, and detaining them for questioning.
The move reportedly mounted intense pressure on the kidnappers and contributed to the success of the operation.
The operation was reportedly coordinated by the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), bringing together personnel from the Nigerian Army, the Nigerian Navy, and the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) in a joint effort.
Kudos to our security men in this Where were these students and teachers all along while in captivity? Where were they rescued from? Same Oyo state? What tribe was behind the kidnappings? Oyo indigenes or other tribes? Some answers are needed for questions on Nigerian's minds. |

What do want to say about kolu that also drive That child is just 8 years old. It doesnt make any sense for a y adult to allow a child that young to drive his siblings to school. They can lose all the kids in a single accident and even endanger the public's lives. What were the parents doing to allow an 8 year old drive his siblings to school? Drunk? Asleep? In jail? They sbould hire a driver with driving experience and a valid drivers license. Its a criminal offence to allow an 8 year old drive that type of vehicle on public roads. |

I no even understand how their parents dey comfortable while their children dey sleep inside bush for more than 1 month As in, mosquitoes will have done so much damage to those innocent kids. Some of them are as young as 2 years old according to some reportage. No parent will pray for their kids to go through all of these. This means even unborn generations arent safe at all. Its depressing to me as a parent. All the kids wanted to do was just go to school and be educated. Some crazy folks suddenly brought out their crazy mentality on innocent young kids. It hurts. |

Namaster: It's like there is a COALITION of Media Houses who have conspired to be AWFUL at their jobs.
ALL over the world, news companies are FAILING left and right. They are more concerned with MANIPULATING people than communicating the news.
Just look at this NONSENSE headline.
It made it seem like banks would deduct 7.5% VAT from the FULL amount of each transfer.
Meanwhile, the reality is that the 7.5% would be charged on the BANK CHARGES for said transactions.
If your bank charges you #26 to transfer #100K. The government now says they must charge 7.5% of #26.
That is it.
It may NOT be ideal given the CRIMINALITY of Nigerian Politicians. But this news article is NOT doing a good job of passing the CORRECT info. If you are correct at the bordered, then awareness needs to be created by FG so the populace don't stay confused. Not everyone understands the sudden tax laws; more focus should have been on orientation of the populace than the speed involved in implementing and enforcing same on everyone. Bottom-line, several people and businesses still don't have a fu grasp of what this Tax changes means to them and the value they stand to gain from it. |
