My friend if only u have a little knowledge of engineering den u would av knwn dat it is possible to build a road/rail line of abt 1km for as little as 2million naira in some places. and in someoda places d same 1km would cost more dan 200million naira. do u no wat it takes to build a km of road/rail line across the Atlantic? check nigerian college of aviation technology zaria. its the only indigenous aviation school in nigeria offering so many courses. from commercial piloting to aviation engineering, fligth hostels, and many more. It's quite expensive depending on ur family background though. last time I checked commercial pilotin has a tuition fee of abt 7milion naira. u can must have credit in olevel english maths physics chemistry. jus like in d university.

programme for young Nigerians to gain
knowledge of legislative practices and
processes, and provide administrative
support to Legislators and Legislative
Committees.

Internship Details
Dates: January to March 2015
Location: Abuja

Qualification:
i. At least, a first degree in any discipline
ii. Good writing and speaking skills
iii. Good computer skills

Logistics:
PLAC will support interns with stipends to
cover transportation within Abuja and
lunch for the period. Other logistics costs
will be borne by the intern. It is advised
that prospective interns be resident in
Abuja or be prepared to bear the costs of
residing in Abuja for the duration of the
internship as PLAC will not provide
accommodation for interns.
