Good to find my self in this new thread. The diff btw dssc and ssc is that dssc is for professionals like engineers, doctors, lawyers, chaplain...etcwhile ssc is for a graduate of any course not listed in a particular year during advert. Dssc training is for 6 months while ssc training is for 9 months. Dssc gets two star while ssc gets one star after training. I hope that helps

please I applied for Nigerian navy, but I need clarification on guarantor form and police certification form, cos I don't know anybody in the military or police, must it be signed. A good bro of mine, Lieutenant Akinyemi Dayo was killed by boko haram in may 2015, he was commissioned as a 2nd lt in 2013 and went for training in England in 2014. He was then posted to maiduguri immediately he arrived frm Uk training. He then lost his life after a month he arrived maiduguri... He was buried with other officers on july 1st, 2015 at maiduguri cementry. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
