The bottom line is that some Nigeria companies does not like to set up a training school inorder to have competent and highly skilled staff but they prefer to outsourced staff in order to collect kick backs and ride on the excuses that Nigerians are not trainable.

The 500 unfilled job vacancies in his company is not a referendum on the character, skillset, talent or employability of Nigerian youths. Neither is it due to yahoo culture, social media distraction, laziness or quest for fast money.

Did you read about the news of a young teenager that flew to Nigeria for the first time from Europe and the immigration officers at the airport took all his pocket money and left him stranded at MMA? Would you want that to happen to your child, relatives or yourself?
