About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist (Masseur) to join our spa and salon team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in different massage techniques, committed to delivering a relaxing and therapeutic experience, and able to maintain the highest professional and ethical standards. Beyond treatments, this role also requires someone who can educate clients, recommend suitable wellness services, and work independently without constant supervision.

What You’ll Do

Welcome clients, listen carefully to their needs, and recommend appropriate massage treatments.
Perform a wide range of massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Sports Massage, and other spa body treatments.
Create a calming, safe, and hygienic environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
Recommend relaxation techniques, stretches, and aftercare to maximise the benefits of treatments.
Suggest and upsell treatment packages, add-on services, and spa wellness products.
Maintain accurate client records, track preferences, and encourage repeat visits.
Ensure all equipment, treatment rooms, and materials are clean, sanitised, and well-prepared.
Stay up-to-date with the latest massage techniques, wellness trends, and spa therapies.
Work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks without requiring micromanagement.
Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures while displaying the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and respect with clients, colleagues, and management.

Manage lease renewals on behalf of clients

Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting

Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing and source of funding (KYC)

Develop proposals for current and prospective clients.
