This is absolute rubbish talk. I think even 15 year olds should vote. You are talking as if 18 year olds are exempted from the effects of leadership choices. From ss3 should be able to vote. That way we will take our country seriously. |
We will continue again this weekend |
If you are on a 100k salary, it is not impossible to build wealth. I know the economic reality of today's Nigeria may say otherwise, but again I say it is not impossible. Now many people might assume that the first thing anyone earning 100k need Sto do is to increase income. Well, increasing income is good, however, you should know that when income increases, the outcome also increases. I.e the responsibilities increase too. Building wealth is like a coin. There are two sides to it. The second one is increasing income, the first one is decreasing expenses. Those two must go together. Usually, no matter the level you are financially, if you want to build wealth, the first thing you must do is to decrease your expenses. Fix the leaks in your pocket. This will be a 6 weeks series that I will make every Friday to educate as many people as possible on this platform. So please follow the topic as this promises to be life changing. Today, we will be looking at some of the leaks you can fix. The major expense of an average Nigerian is Food and clothing, transportation, accommodation, data. As someone on 100k monthly, you have no business going to work in a location where you pay more than 300 to 500 naira daily, to and fro. Assuming you go to work every day, that is 15k per month at most. In fact, if you are spending 15k for transportation, your financial life is already in emergency. You should live very close to where you work. And if for any reason you are earning below 100k, then you should not even be paying transport. Trek to work Please if you are following, drop a like or a comment. I'll keep updating the thread |
The Akwa Ibom state governor Pastor Umo Eno has embarrassed a contractor during an unscheduled inspection of ongoing projects in the state. The contractor for an ultra modern hospital was left embarrassed when the governor was not pleased with how he handled the contract. The governor However realised that he was too harsh and decided to turn the situation into a funny moment. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYu5YB9T9P4?si=FdZj1hM-VIfPedIO

My siblings and I want to sell our home to treat our father. But we are finding it difficult to get a buyer. We have posted on Facebook marketplace but nothing. My dad owns two houses. 1. Our family house which we want to sell 2. A smaller one bedroom flat on a not so big plot of land(there is still space on this land to build a bigger house in future) None of us lives with our dad anymore hence the reason we want to sell it to treat him abroad. The location is Uyo, Akwa Ibom state. My question is if there is any market place for such apart from Facebook or if there is anyone in particular to talk to. We have tried selling for some months now, yet no buyer has approached. What are we doing wrong? Please help, my father's health is our priority. |
I am starting a challenge to make 500k within the next 20 days. So by February 1st I should have achieved my goal. If you want to join, feel free. I will be focusing on creating and selling a digital product tonight. Tomorrow I will be creating a landing page and testing FB ads. I will TRY TO keep this thread updated. |

That was rehearsed. They did it intentionally. The pastor even said it. It was a premise for his teaching. Back then in CASOR I saw a lot of those. Boring by the way |
