“What an Igbo man sees with his eyes closed, a Yoruba professor cannot see even with his eyes wide open,” says General TY Danjuma in a bold and controversial statement. According to him, “The only reason the Fulani and Hausa still love the Yorubas is because they are natural-born followers, always afraid to stand up for What They Truly Believe in |
“General overseers in Nigeria are not speaking about the k!ll!ngs in the country because their mouths are filled with political meat. The Holy Spirit no longer moves in their churches because they allow ev!l politicians to mount their pulpits and speak.” |
Tinubu pardoning Drug Barons; There is esprit de corps in all institutions and occupations, even the military and police recognise their colleagues. I ask for your understanding so that Mr President is not distracted from the next working visit. |
A nation sinks when Morality dies at the top. How can a president who once faced drug charges now pardon over 70 drug criminals? This is not mercy — it is moral decay in high places. |
The fact that someone sitting somewhere can dictate how people should express themselves or their grievances is another reason we need social media, Social media has done more good than bad, It gave voice to the voiceless, it has created jobs that the government can't provide.

You can clearly see how Islamist are forcing their way into the West, making demands they wouldn’t tolerate on their own soil. They expect everyone else to bow to their strict laws, but expect freedom of religion wherever they go. What’s worse is how a lot of people in the West just play along, too scared of being called “intolerant” to face the truth. Even the Vatican seems to be bending over backward to please an ideology that openly rejects everything Western culture stands for. Let’s stop pretending. Islam has nothing in common with Western values. And let’s not forget, Christians, Jews, Hindus, and others can’t even set foot in Mecca to practice their faith. The double standard is loud and clear. |
Another confirmation, another chance for reform—or another quiet slide into the same old inefficiency. The Constitution (Section 153) gives INEC independence, yet Nigerians have seen election after election where accountability is optional. |

Amupitan, a professor of Law, was confirmed by the upper chamber after his screening on Thursday. His confirmation came after over two hours of questioning by senators, who pressed him on how he plans to restore credibility to Nigeria’s electoral process and implement meaningful reforms within the commission. The 58-year-old don was nominated by President Bola Tinubu and received formal endorsement from the National Council of State last week. Amupitan becomes the sixth substantive Chairman of INEC, succeeding Mahmood Yakubu, who has officially concluded his tenure as the INEC boss.
