Pls, When will prediction commence? Is it tomorrow?

pls mods this is a serious matter between Education and Ebola. Is it that Nairaland hates my school or I don't just get it. Any thread I bring up as suggestion for fp that is concerned with my school is not just given attention. Why the discrimination?

And yet we were being stigmatized by China by denying our representatives at this year's ENACTUS WORLD COMPETITIONS that is to be held at China due to Ebola outbreak in Nigeria. ENACTUS EKSU made it out of several other institutions in Nigeria to be the one to represent us at the grand finale. ENACTUS is a group of students in free entreprise all over the world aiming to better the standard of living of the people by embarking on a small scale economic-impacting projects.

If justice is not done then I don't think Nigeria is really free. Let China know that #NGIsEbolaFree and give our serpentatives a competing chance. This is a concern for all Nigerian Students and citizens.

“Nigeria is Ebola Free, Don't Stigmatise Us” The barbaric act of the Chinese Federation is of high ignorance and cowardice. ENACTUS EKSU is not only going to represent EKSU but all Nigerian Students and the fact that the Chinese Federation had to deny our representatives an entrance to their country for the grand finale poses an inferior finger on Nigerian Students and Nigeria as a whole. This is racism and discrimination at an international level. Is EVD an excuse or incompetence? Nigeria is and will remain free of Ebola even if another case is up to be tackled. have been denied VISA by the
Chinese Embassy to participate
at the competition due to the
incidence of the Ebola Virus in
Nigeria this year.
We consider this an act of
international discrimination
which needs your urgent
attention and intervention. The
concerted effort of both the
Nigerian Government and her
citizens in overcoming the
scourge of the dreaded Ebola
virus should be praised by the
international community rather
than it being an excuse for any
country that has a strong
bilateral relationship and
economic ties to the Federal
Government of Nigeria to
prevent or deny citizens of this
great nation the opportunity to
promote our innovation and
competitiveness in the global
stage. We believe that this denial
is not only experienced by
ENACTUS Ekiti State University
but also so many Nigerian
citizens travelling to other
countries at this time.

gabrieladeremi: Morning guys, am aware that the school resumes on the 20th of october. then I asked a friend of mine in eksu when are the freshers expected to resume and he told me that the freshers are to resume a week or two before the returning student so as to conclude all registrations and other neccessary things to be done...please how true is this??...thanks in anticipation of your reply

yes, it's more of sciences. It's an interesting course, it's more of science because of its scientific method of approach to studying behaviour. When we talk about brain, neurones etc we talk about biological science. That's why you must have at least credit in your Biology. I'll not only give you the topics but I'll also make sure that we go through them together(when we meet in school) I just finished my 100level when we did the last exams so I still have fresh memory of your courses and topics. For the 1st semester you'll take 10 courses. 5 psychology based courses, 1 sociology, 1 geography and 3 General courses. I'll give you a website that has almost everything you need for your 1st semester all you need do is make use of your email. The website is about.com or aboutpsychology.com.And I'll also give you other relevant tips. Let me have your 2go and Facebook ids. Guys, pls just chill and don't let anyone start deceiving you about lists on Eksu site. You'll all see it when they upload it in pdfs. For the admission status stuff maybe you should also try the pin you used for application to check. If you're still getting error messages then patience is all that matters. I can't guarantee you on anything now cause I'm not in school right now.

you're confused about paying for checking your admission status or not right? If you do supplementary exams or not you'll still pay 4 confirmation code when you want to print out your school admission letter which is the same thing as 'admission verification' that is if you're admitted. On that, you'll exercise patience cause supplementary admission list 'may' be apart. I'll advise you to exercise patience and let the lists come out in pdf formats so as to confirm your admission before paying for the verification stuff. Have you been checking your status on jamb site? I'll update you as to what you should do as time goes on. (but I think the 'verify admission' link that is there is asking for your details you used to apply for the pume try it)

seansifo: I've not been able to check my supplementary result up till date. When I tried checking it what I saw was "Your result has not been uploaded into the system.10485" when I checked yesterday what I saw was "Invalid UTME Registration number" today I' seeing "Your result has not been uploaded into the system.10485"

Please I'm wondering what the issue is and possible soultion because I need to see my result asap

that's the fault of the ICT center. Keep trying if you want you can still proceed to d school ICT to lay your complaint if you're not far from school. And also keep checking jamb's website for your admission status.

Eksu admission list will soon be released cause we're resuming 1st semester 20th of october. You guys should resume with us unless the date is extended which we're not praying for.

Congrats to those that have known their admission status on this thread. So happy for your & welcome to Eksu in advance. For those that are seeing "sorry...No admission is given yet", they should relax and also pray cause their names might come out when Eksu releases the lists on their website. For those that are planning to come to school for complaint of one thing or the other; I'd advise you to still exercise patience cause the school right now is about or likely going on internal...but pray it doesn't happen cause it might affect you incoming freshers. Oh! Lord we need more testimony on this thread.

You all should be checking the jamb website with your reg no starting from this week. Hope you all have seen the news?
I'm happy for you guys cause the time will come when I'll invite you guys to my fellowship(Ecwa Students' Ministry) and i'm also happy for you because your admission process would be faster than ours. The ASUU strike delayed us last year but nothing like that again(hopefully). So make una dey jolly inside and be steadfast in prayer that that admission won't pass you by. Just do something; don't ask much questions on cut off mark. Eksu may never release anything for you cause last year it was same story all we got was their general cut off(50). So put your mind at rest...your mark is already there; you can't change it and they can't change it. For those that are facing difficulties in checking results, I'll escort a fellowship brethren to the school ICT to lay complaints or get tips.
