I said it that the Jersey we used against the Argies is beautiful. Check this out:

100% . The Jersey is top notch. I was telling pple that should take a look at the French and English national team Jersey they used for their friendlies , that if they like it then they will like the Super Eagles Jersey as well cos they are of the same pattern.

German-Nigerian Forward Sarenren Bazee Gets All Clear To Make Eagles Debut Next Year

Hannover 96 forward Joel Noah Sarenren Bazee has been given the all clear by doctors of the club to resume full time training with the rest of his club colleagues.

Bazee has been out injured for three months since picking up a knock in a pre season game, and after several setbacks he has finally gotten the all clear to return back to training.

The injuries and fitness issues has made him put on hold a potential debut for the senior national team of Nigeria since pledging his international career to the team ahead of Germany.

He is expected to play games for Hannover 96 before the end of the year, which will put him in good frame for his debut for Nigeria when they resume next year.

As part of Nigeria’s preparations for the World Cup in Russia next year in June, the Super Eagles are expected to play two friendly games in March following the postponement of their AFCON 2019 Qualifiers against Seychelles.

PDPGuy:
My ridiculously early prediction of Rohr’s 23-man World Cup squad... cheesy

GKs - Uzoho, Ezenwa, Alampasu (if Enyeama doesn’t return)

Defenders - Idowu, Echiejile, Ebuehi, Aina, Ekong, Balogun, Omeruo, Awaziem.

Midfielders - Mikel Obi, Shehu Abdullahi, Onazi, John Ogu, Ndidi, Joel Obi/Mikel Agu.

Forwards - Iwobi, Iheanacho, Kayode, V. Moses, Onyekuru, Ighalo.

Having a 6ft 5in player, in Uzoho, as our goalkeeper is massive. He will gobble up most of our opponents’ crosses, for sure. And if he plays at the WC, he will become the tallest Nigerian player ever at a World Cup.

How abt shehu and Joel Noah Sareren Bazee Rohr is taking that guy to the W/C!

Can't wait for Brian idowu's initiation ceremony to the super eagles grin. And this guy Noah Joel Bazee will add a stiff competition in the midfield. I think we have a stronger team than the one we had to Brazil 2014.

Mikel should learn to lead by example. As per Akpeyi, it looks like he's trying to kick himself out of the team.

During Qualifiers , Mikel was one the 1st to hit camp. Perhaps something came up. As for Akpeyi i don't what his problem is.

Pls can we just drop this Tammy issue pls. His eyes will open when he is dropped from the world cup. The fact that kane opted out doesn't mean Southgate means what he is doing. Forget him and lets focus on the likes of noah joel sarenren bazee et al. Mark my word, Tammy will come out and make a statement of regret after the final list comes out for England and by then it might Be too late. Lets just the issue. Gracias!!

Didn't we say the same thing with Dele Alli?? Look at him now. Bros, this is a massive loss. Tammy is very talented. Let's just hope one of our young strikers explode because I honestly don't think we have a striker in his age range that is better.

Forget that my friend! They have Rashford , Vardy, even lalana , sturridge, sterling, kane, and so on. Tell me who he will bench. Someone that has no experience. He is a training material abegi

Tammy is not as good as Dele Alli, shey you know? So, which chance will he stand?

Vardy is old, is Harry Kane old? Is Rashford old too? His only chance will be if those two get injured during the World Cup....Vardy will even get a sub role before Tammy.

He no dey even stand as it is

Another John Fashanu , Carlton cole, training material imagine louts cheek who dat one wan bench? Thats how in Germany they did sam sidney , patrick Owomoyela. Even Italy did Angelo Ogbonna. Msscheww

I'm compelled to quote you as it seems you're one of the very few who knows what's up as regards this recruitment. I mentioned earlier in this thread that DPR intends to recruit over 700 staff. This isn't a speculation or suggestion as I saw a copy of the request memo they sent to FCC. The figures were put at 700 and something (not exactly 750 I saw, though I'm not disputing your figure as they may have finally settled for that). As per the portal issue, many will be surprised. The fact some of us dont come here to speculate doesn't mean we are ignorant of certain things. I knew as far back as March 2016 that DPR will recruit in October same year and I mentioned it with one of my popular alternate monikers here on Nairaland. The whole process is shrouded in high level secrecy and only few people can confidently tell you the state of things. That said, I repeat that as at today 02nd of November 2017, everyone who wrote the aptitude test stands a chance, only the interview mail will seperate the successfuls (which includes those on merit, connection and God's favour) from others. Thanks!

You are very correct, and rightly said. I have even told them to satisfy their conscience , make effort go to DPR. Me i have the info i need so no worry. THEY WILL SEND OUT INVITES TO QUALIFIED PERSONS , BE IT OPENED OR CLOSED PORTALS.

you are very condescending to people who do not play in your preferred league. Very very condescending and it is a bad look on anyone.

We only invited ONE player from the Norwegian league, he will most likely not get to play and may not have a second invite, but you and the other small-minded fellow have taken it upon yourselves to run down this small boy because he is not in your shine shine league.

You need to learn to respect someone's hustle, Chidiebere did not choose to be in the Norwegian league and I dare say, half the boys you clamour for would not even cut it there.

You do not understand what it means to be a Nigerian footballer coming out of Nigeria, you are only in tune with your England boys struggle, and while they may be having a tough time, those who have to come out of Nigeria have it much worse and there is no dual nationality card for them to play.

This condescending attitude is disgusting to say the least.

15 goals in 31 matches for Roma
2017 afcon team of the tournament
Has had a great world cup qualification
Has been in greater form than Moses since the season started.
Salah, Naby Keita and Aubamayeng or Mane will make the final 3. Vic MO at best might make the top 3 but he isn't winning it. Bookmark this post.

I wont oh, cos even if he was in Afcon team of tournament , they didnt win it. Roma, what is Roma? Why did he leave Roma if it was such a big team. For W/C qualification , Moses played a big part and nailed it for Nigeria Against the mighty Algeria last year. And mind that we are talking abt year in review Which was last year, this year's performance will be judged next year. If is for Afcon winning, then one of the super eagles players in Mikel or moses would have won it cos the both won Afcon and the Europa league for chelsea in 2013. Or even Enyama the Goal keeper!

Is Ighalo out? There has been no confirmation of that story..

Standby Players On Alert As Ighalo Pulls Out Of Algeria, Argentina Clashes

Chanchung Yatai forward Odion Ighalo has been ruled out of Nigeria’s upcoming games against Algeria and Argentina next month after picking up an injury for his team.

Ighalo is set to be out for a period of three weeks, which effectively rules him out of the Eagles November 10 and 14th game against Algeria and Argentina respectively.

The former Watford of England forward will contact the technical crew later today to intimate them of his withdrawal according to the print edition of Sportinglife Newspaper.

His withdrawal means one of the players placed on standby will move up to the main team as replacement for the forward, who has regained his spot in the Nigeria national team after playing second fiddle to Kelechi Iheanacho for some time.

One among the trio of Kenneth Omeruo, Alhassan Ibrahim and Brian Idowu who are on standby will most likely replace Ighalo for the game against Algeria and Argentina

I dont want to sound mean, but if your portal is closed you are out of the race tbh. because if you guys can recall during aptitude test many guys didnt recieve the invitation mail but learnt about their shortlisting from their profile. Likewise if you will be invited for interview i believe ur profile status will be your guide. Is just like somebody waiting for alert when he dont even have a bank account. But its just my opinion though

I respect your opinion but i disagree! my application portal is closed but i will be called for the Interview! This is the basic truth. Read my last post! Closure CLOSURE of portal, MOVING portal, OPEN portal, Means nothing. UPDATE portal means there is something u have not provided that they need. They will call who they will call. You all just relax , relax or better still, go to DPR to satisfy your CONSCIENCE. However, When invites are being rolled out , me that my PORTAL IS CLOSED , i will be CALLED and i will remind u babagy82! I will say no more!
