This is a quotation stating the cost and payment procedures to fabricate a 500/200/100 capacity stainless steel material or galvanized material (multipurpose/fish) drying oven. We will start construction once mobilization payment is confirmed.
The following are the specifications of the ovens
1. The ovens come in dimensions of
500 Capacity-7ft height, 4ft width and 3ft breadth.
200 capacity-5ft height , 4ft width and 3ft breadth
100 capacity-4ft height, 3ft width and 2ft breadth
2. Body material : stainless steel/galvanized
3. 8 stacks of trays-500 capacity
5stacks of trays-200 capacity.
4stacks of trays-100 capacity
4. An oil collector
5. A fixed chimney at the back of the ovens
6. The ovens will come double padded and filled with fiber
7. A temperature gauge
8. The ovens are dual powered(gas and charcoal)
a. Gas burner(s) and knob(s)
b. charcoal chamber
9. 500 and 200,100 capacity ovens now comes with tires for easy mobility
10) hose and complete set of fire channel
11) industrial gas regulator

NOTE* The below cost excludes delivery, delivery is to be handled by the customer.

200-300 capacity stainless steel material-#550,000 naira
200-300 capacity galvanized material-#450,000 naira
100 capacity galvanized material -#260,000 naira
100 capacity stainless steel material-#370,000 naira
PAYMENT PROCESS
70% of total cost of any oven is to be paid in order to begin fabrication , which takes a duration of 5days for 500 capacity, 4days for 200 capacity, 3days for 100 capacity to be completed. On completion, 30% of total payment is to be balanced.
