Till I left last November the only thing left to complete the 3 story building was just the wall tiles for Toilets and baths because the tiles was ordered from China and we were still expecting them. Everything furnishings has been done including beddings. Guess the total amount spent so far before I left 387Million.
You can't tell me that ICC renovations gulp up to 20 billion naira, never, even if you choose to use Turkish gadgets there because Chinese gadgets cost less

Alot of folks here who knows nothing about construction go come here come rank ignorantly! An edifice built in 1991, i.e 34 years ago and has never been renovated is as good as building a new one!
My family house built over 50yrs ago for God knows how much, the roof renovations alone cost more than the cost of the entire building from purchase to construction and furnishings!
