I'm trying hard to understand your post. Did you at anytime ask her to take the trash out and she refused? If you didn't ask her, why expect her to dispose of your trash when you could just ask and save yourself this mental torture? There is a boy that comes to take out my trash, and I tip him for taking out the trash and also hand him small cash at other times.

Most times, he will come and tell me that he wants to take the trash out. There was a time I told him I didn't have any small cash with me and that he should wait. He waited until I gave him the go ahead. Did I expect him to just do me that favor of trashing my dirt just because I have been generous to him? Perharps, yes, but I didn't make a big deal out of it because people are different and some don't like doing eye service.

Exactly that's why communication is key, she comes to your compound to thinking of her work and not yours, just tell her can she help drop your waste in the dumpster and you will be surprised how gladly she will do it

Communication is key. Tell her what you want to be done with those trash. She might not know you want her to do that long term. She probably felt you just wanted her to empty your trash but now let her know it has become a responsibility and watch her take it out. Assumption is sometimes wrong.

Lastly, don't relent on doing good cos it always comes back as a blessing.

N.B she might also be thinking that amount is not commensurate with the job. That's why I said you need proper communication.
