Because you so called Nigeria HR are heartless. You invite 100 people for just one vacant position of #30,000 salary. You people are also time wasters, you invite people for interview by 10am and you will be busy doing nothing till 2pm before attending to candidates. More so, you people ask irrelevant questions during interview and you never get back to candidates after the interview to know if successful or not. Furthermore, the only time you smile with a candidate after 1 assessment test and 3 interviews is when you want to tell him or her what the company pay and not base on qualification. The next person to comment will tell you more..
