First thing first, let's check on economic sense.

Skyscrapers are usually situated in city centers where the price of land is high. Usually only office, commercial and hotel users can afford the rents in the city center and thus most tenants of skyscrapers are of these classes.

Today, skyscrapers are an increasingly common sight where land is expensive, as in the centers of big cities , because they provide such a high ratio of rentable floor space per unit area of land.

What I note. Apart from esthetic & infrastructural development, Skyscrapers also neutralizes or even increase economy of scale on big cities where land are extremely expensive.

Don't mind that Agborboy guy, he is very naive and ignorant, how can you call Abuja empty? Everyday they are building new roads and new estates are coming up always in Abuja, for the fact he's not seeing skyscrapers in Abuja doesn't make Abuja empty, a city of 5 million plus people.

It looks like Ghana is one of the countries which is taking advantage of the covid-19 situation. I am just hearing the information on the news where I am and some Ghanaian where I am are complaining that the dollar which they are sending back home is buying less cedi.
