I know this is a very old thread, but since many people here used and discussed the original AptiStock, I wanted to share an update.

After many years, AptiStock has been completely modernized and is now available as AptiStockX.

AptiStockX continues the original AptiStock idea of desktop technical analysis and local data, but has been rebuilt as a modern native application for Windows, macOS, and Linux.

The current version is AptiStockX 3.1, with features including:

• Technical indicators and custom indicators
• Drawing and line-study tools
• Local CSV market data
• Global market symbol discovery
• Watchlists and workspace management
• Multiple-monitor support
• Intraday and historical charting
• AI-assisted chart reading
• Native support for Windows, macOS, and Linux

There is still a free Basic version, and a 7-day Pro trial is also available.

For Mac users, AptiStockX is now officially available through the Mac App Store as well.

It is great to see this old AptiStock discussion still online after so many years. For those who used the original version back in 2008, I would especially appreciate your feedback on the new AptiStockX.
