I think he's sick please you need to examine yourself before you write anything. Read closely and you will see that he is making sense. Remember Abacha loot since how many years now, the FG have not be able to recover 50% of the looted fund. With amnesty given, I believe the FG can recover more money than prosecutions without ending.
