Sincerely, Nigerian citizens have suffered. Pushing a very wicked narrative about subsidy being anti-development yet over three years down the line there's very little development that is visible other than state governors getting richer yet the citizens keep getting poor daily. If subsidized fuel is being siphoned away why should the citizens suffer for the ineptitude of government and its agencies responsible for border security and control? Very soon they will remove electricity subsidy as if we're not already paying heavily for darkness thereby adding to the already existing burden on the people. This is ironic for a country so blessed with both human and natural resources.

Let subsidy return if the gains cannot benefit the common man but thieving politicians. Even developed countries subsidize basic commodities for their citizens.

Convocation is meant to be a joyful milestone for graduates, families, and guests. But when an institution’s flagship event repeatedly triggers gridlock on a major highway and surrounding arterials, it ceases to be just an internal affair and becomes a public nuisance. institutional events should not be made to disrupt businesses, commuters, and local residents. The scale of disruption witnessed; six-eight hours of lost time for many commuters is unacceptable.

LASU must do better moving forward. The Institution needs to embed traffic management and continuous flow as core elements of convocation planning, not afterthoughts. That means coordinating early with local authorities to design ingress/egress routes, staging areas, and real-time traffic control. It also means publishing clear advisories ahead of time, parking zones, prohibited stretches, and alternative routes, so guests know where to go and what to avoid.

If space constraints prevent accommodating all guests at once, LASU should explore the option of splitting the graduating class into multiple sessions or days. This approach would significantly reduce the number of attendees and vehicles on the roads at any given time.

Moreover, the Lagos–Badagry feeder road should never be designated for parking. Proper planning for ingress and egress is essential to prevent illegal U-turns and other traffic violations along the Iyana-Oba–Isheri Road. It is crucial to implement effective crowd-control and traffic-management measures well ahead of future convocations.

A convocation should be a celebration of achievement not an exhausting seven-hour traffic ordeal for everyone involved. LASU has the opportunity to rise to the occasion and do better. LASU must adopt a proactive, coordinated, and enforceable traffic plan for future ceremonies.

Online stores give you convenience, wider selection, and the ability to compare prices across multiple sellers without leaving your house. The downside people usually mention is trust - you can't touch the product, and delivery issues do happen.

My own take: online stores work better for me, and it comes down to one thing - reviews.

With reviews, I can see what real buyers experienced before I commit my money. It helps me pick out quality products and avoid wasting money on substandard ones. It also protects me from arbitrary pricing - a physical shop owner can quote you any figure based on vibes, but online, prices are visible upfront and I can compare across sellers in minutes before deciding.

He should have just ignored the pest of a neighbor and let him keep fooling himself until he becomes like a broken record. But I guess there were other underlying issues that came to an head with the situation leading up to murder, like quarrels over chicken space and all of that.

The way we deal with issues differ from one person to another depending on how affected or our reaction would be. First rule is to avoid any personal relationships with your neighbors when new to an area. Don't go beyond greeting. You marry sef, they will womb-watch your spouse and start asking useless questions or making funny insinuations. It's so irritating.

Tried to do it with my domain (although not the flipping part) which I now want to wholesale. Pulled the tri.gger and contributed low 6figs in ₦ for the name. Few weeks later, he started making travel plans and opted out of our initial agreement, even demanded I refund him even up to 50%. He never had money problems so nothing made sense to me. Things got heated for a while but as the calmest guy that I am, I settled him 100% as I hate issues. I like peace but better for you to declare war so I know we're going all out than this sort. Little issues irritate me.

Domain now in hand with no plans to build, I decided to sell. That was when I started posting it here. Got different offers of ₦150k and ₦80k from here but I declined. Did I regret? No! Was trying to recover my funds even if not fully.
After some time, I reached back to come up a bit but it seemed they were no longer interested so I moved on myself. I hate bothering people. I started to contact people to do one or two things on the domain someone to salvage what was left. Someone from here absconded with a part payment I already made for his services which made me call him out here before he refunded with apologies citing personal issues.

Do I now regret not selling earlier? Definitely! But that's part of life and business. If it doesn't sell, I'll definitely renew.

Have clear plans before building and if it's a joint venture, make sure you're the one pitching the idea and also grounded in web Dev and those stuff before going in. If not you go pay for services until they kingdom come and you may not get value for your money.

I'd say one should thread with caution with this. When it comes to Gtlds like this, the SLDs(i.e the keyword before the dot) has to match the tld. Here, the Buck has no much relevance to vision. The .vision is too niche compared to the likes of .fast, .now, .talk, .finance e.t.c. Even optics.vision is still available for registration. Yes, the registration cost is low but being available does not always mean valuable.
