Please i would like to know. Can a medical condition such as Asthma or High Blood pressure cause a person to fail a pre-employment medical and lose whatever job offer was available?

Good evening good people. Subsequent upon d culture fit assessment, i was invited for an interview at sagamu on Thursday. Please, i take God beg u people that had interview earlier. Help us, what can we expect?
The position i applied for is Laboratory Technician - Micro

So i got the mail yesterday, answered the "questions" if they were even questions.. But i haven't gotten an acknowledgement of any sort that something was done or that they had received it.
For those that did the assessment, was there some form of reply after the test was done?

He isn't the first person I heard this from, and don't forget I also got a first hand experience with their admin. As a matter of fact, I was welcomed in Ibibio before I sternly informed her I wasn't from Akwa Ibom. It's either you don't want to say the truth 'cause it's your school. What kind of a lecturer in a federal university stops half way in middle of lectures to communicate in his dialect in classes where students are from diverse tribes?. Are they even being professional in their jobs?.

As much as i appreciate your comment here, i would advise you note.. .That you or your ex- had an encounter with supposed lecturer(s) of the University of Uyo who used vernacular during lectures is not enough reason to say certain things. Yes, i studied in the University of Uyo. Yes i had a lecturer who would sometimes chip in a thing or two in Ibibio. Did it make him any less professional than he needs to be? No way!! He did his job, passed whatever message he had to pass across to the students. There is no Federal University in this country where the lecturers have never in the course of lecturing used the local dialect. None!

Its not even a normal thing in the school. 98% of the lecturers there do not do that language shit you so openly claim to know so much about. Its all hearsay. Take it from a graduate of the school. Unless of course the student studied Efik/Ibibio.

Question i have now is, should i give up and kukuma move on with my life instead of hoping for admission? cos most folks here are saying their own caps is "no admission given yet" and stuff that give small hope. My own na just "NOT ADMITTED". With a sad air of finality.

Orr... Is it possible that the school has not sent the names at all to JAMB?

Have been to the Jamb office at Abakaliki twice to re-upload my O'Level results and twice have been told its not my business.
Has anyone elsewhere re-uploaded his or her results?

Y not apply for the same school you graduated from, u stand higher chances there. Or maybe other state universities.

try university of uyo, I don't think akwa ibom is under uniben's catchment. I'm sorry for not having replied you. Just came out from serious tests. If it was a first class you would have stood a far better chance.

Can anyone give me a list of Universities where i have a realistic chance of getting into with my "average" results. Thank you.
