1.) Marketing Director

Job Description:

1. Marketing and sale of Dickem floating fish feed machines (hammer mill, mixer, extruder, coater, dryer, sorter and sealing machines), Dickem floating Fish Feed, Dickem Mobile Ponds and Aquaculture consultancy services.
2. Will be accountable for the execution management of marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, revenue and branding objectives as established by the organization
3. Work across the organization to establish marketing goals and KPIs
4. Utilize a standard process for the development of campaigns

What are we Looking For?

1. BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
2. A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience
3. Experience managing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns within a matrixed organization
4. Understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
5. Ability to build project plans and schedules with multiple dependencies
6. Must be able to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize responsibilities
7. Excellent communications skills
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
9. Ability to travel as required


It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

1. MA/MS Master’s Degree
2. Marketing and/or project management experience within the Agriculture industry
3. Agency experience
4. Database and/or direct marketing experience
