Besides, Oyo is the capital of old western region, not Lagos. Ibadan is the political heart of the Yorubas, making it automatically the capital of the west.

Apart from the fact that Oyo was the capital of the old western region, it will also make lot of sense if the capital in this case is located in a small state, e.g Ekiti. such will help as it will easily make and turn the state to a place to be and the good of this is that there would be more develop places worth the new country, e.g Lagos, Oyo, Ogun, Edo, etc, unlike the present Nigeria where everything are centred in Lagos and Abuja.
