Salient points from inaugural speech of His Excellence Engnr Seyi Makinde

1. N3000 school fees abolished.

2. At least 10% of our budget goes into education.

3. Donates his entire salary as Governor to Teachers Pension Fund.

4. To reposition LAUTECH and all other tertiary institutions.

5. People living with disabilities to get a Commission that deals with their matters.

6. Primary health care to be made more accessible and Health Insurance Scheme.

7. Upgrade and renovation of health centres

8. Sincere conversation to discuss the best thing to do on the minimum wage.

9. Overhead bridge at Secretariat now opened and named Freedom Bridge.
