Please how did she get the skilled worker visa? Does she need to have a job before she can?

Good day house, please help...i know this must have been answered somewhere but i cant seem to locate it. One of my sisters just got the skilled worker visa. Initially she wanted to go the study route before this option came through. She, hubby and child had done medicals about 2 months ago for the student visa option. Now that she got the worker visa, the other family members need to submit their own visa application but the medicals expire in about 2 weeks from now. Please can they still use the same medicals or they need to do another. Considering that the medicals may expire before the visa feedback is out. Kindly assist

Chai for those still waiting for a response since September. Guessing I who submitted in mid October should not even bother using the 15 working days. I just do not want to spend another Christmas away from my family. My fingers and toes are crossed.

I applied for a UK visa but even with priority appointment with tls..the appointment is still 2 weeks away.

If i attempt to amend appointment, to check if there are any closer dates, i hope I wouldn't lose the date I have already.

Has anyone tried this?

Try Virgin...what I did was to use the calender feature to get the best deal as they are running promo currently and I just purchased for my family. Once you get that day open wakanow, travelstart, travelbeta. Put that same exact date and buy from the cheapest provider. Hope it helps

Please i have a question. I have visa, ticket and even understand the protocols for landing in UK. But are there any protocols for travelling out of Nigeria?

Do i need to fill the form on the ncdc website? or am I ok with just my 72hrs covid test to show up at the airport?

Good day everyone. Please i need advice.

I am currently applying for a visitor's visa to uk. and the section Details of breach of UK immigration law is confusing me.

I used to live in the uk under a work visa, i applied to move to another category and it was denied. I started an appeal process that lasted 3 years. When i left the UK HO letter given to me said i over stayed from the initial time my visa was refused but during appeal i think it is legal to remain in the country.

Now the options in this section of the application are:

- I entered the UK illegally
- I remained in the UK beyond the validity of my visa/permission to stay
- I breached the conditions of my leave
- I gave false information when applying for a visa, leave to enter or remain
- Other

Do i select - I remained in the UK beyond the validity of my visa/permission to stay

or

- Other

Abuja TEF will now be via Prep My Future, please i have questions;
1. Has anyone done the TEF via prepMyFuture? Is it computer based or paper based?
2. Please the points system for French B2, C etc equivalent in CRS points is not very clear to me please can someone explain it or share a relevant link.
3. When is the TEf exam in Lagos or Ibadan in the 1st quarter of this year?

Please i have been studying fench at the institut francais in Abuja since February this year, however i am not taking TEF this october as i will be away for work. But that's the last TEF in abuja for the year till February next year. I have the following questions:

1. Do the questions change in the new year (in case i opt to take it in february 2020)
2. I know Lagos has an exam on the 30th of November 2019, is there any other center in the south west that conducts the TEF exam, i.e. ibadan?
