From your bank to bank or money transfer service? It depends but usually beneficiary bank does at their desired rate. Have you tried transferwise.com and worldfirst.com?

No Sir. Check your bank statement or alert. But a bank like Union will not give useful transaction description information unlike GTBank that will state both USD and Naira amounts.

Skrill is one of the best ways to receive USD into your domiciliary account for now. I just checked today to discover that the amount I withdrew from Skrill account is exactly what GTBank credited to my dom account whereas GTBank chopped off more than Payza transfer charges for the withdrawal I made to my Euro domiciliary account.
