Since yours is in Naira, that means you can upload same amount in Naira to your Neteller. You may send to another account that is in USD to check. I want to know if I should open Naira account too.

Tried to make payment this morning, what i observed on my paypal account while trying to process my payment is a standard international conversion rate of Naira to dollar Equivalent of my payment,after dividing the total Naira/Dollar i realized it is an equivalent of N322 per $1 as at this moment.This is unlike the usual method our Nigerian Banks are using to settle payment with international companies in USD(The banks buy FX from Central bank through Bidding ,Fix an Exchange rate on online card services which is currently N380 and above per $1 depending on the bank). What a Good way to go for online payment on card services.Nigerian Banks FX corruption on online card services eliminated.

Even if this transaction goes successfully, GTBank will later settle/debit the transaction from your account with the balance as they only advise you to pay in the currency of the merchant country, USD. Same thing happens on foreign ATM and POS as they want the higher exchange rate from you.

Some of the Nigerian banks have warned customers to always spend in the currency of the country you are visiting and not in Naira. Some even explained that if you spend in Naira (which is usually the lower official rate) on foreign merchant, you will still be settled at the bank's exchange rate, which is higher. In fact, anytime I chose the lower equivalent on ATM in June/July when I traveled, it was never successful until I chose to transact in the dollar equivalent displayed.

Somebody mentioned that I can join Commission Junction's affiliate program. But when I made further enquiries, I discovered they don't pay cheques nor transfer funds to Nigeria. The only option is Payoneer. Upon further search, I found out that one can no longer receive money from Payoneer into Nigeria banks neither can one withdraw from ATM.
Can anybody advise on how to go about this.

Are you sure of the ATM withdrawal you mentioned? As at July that I still used, you can withdraw up to $2,500 per day from Payoneer card by ATM.
