No you are wrong sir. Prophesies do change. Read 2 king 20 1-7. You will see how God added 15yrs to the life of Hezekiah after God had sent prophesy through Prophet Isaiah that he should put his house in order for he shall surely die. God still changed his mind and added 15yrs to his life! barcanista: |

U keep displaying disintelligence. You do not need to be a speaker. Or hoam. To hae police protection so far u can pay with ur own money. Sometimes I travel with police escort when I feel I need one. Ekiti state stopped paying 4 dindinrin's police upon his impeachment and since hecould not pay from his own money, but immediately buhari won and he wants 2 start mischief, his god father, tinubu raised money to hire police escort 4 him and d gullible like u are saying police restored his aides. Could u please post a link where the igp said his aides were restored by him?. Lack of exposure sha l belabela: |
U people continually show lack of intelligence in ur posting. Are u not aware of separation of power among d leg, exec and jud. If d house assemby decides to impeach dia speaker because majority boycotted d house for selfish and devilish reasons, how does da become the problem of thhe governor-Head of executive? Dr Dindinrin felt he was unlawfully impeached by his 7 colleauese and he went 2 court 2 challenge d impeachment. Is it not commonsensical for him to know that until d court declares his impeachmnt unlawful, he remains impeached since he has approached the court? belabela: |

Fayose tells Ekiti APC lawmakers to stop acting like jesters, dismisses impeachment plot Ekiti State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose has advised All Progressives Congress (APC) members in the State House of Assembly to stop acting like jesters, saying; "The script being acted by the APC is a failed one because no one, no matter how highly placed will be allowed to test the will of Ekiti people." The governor, who described the purported impeachment notice posted online by the APC lawmakers as "joke of the century" said; "The Speaker of the Ekiti State House of Assembly is Hon Dele Olugbemi and not Dr Adewale Omirin." In a statement issued on Saturday by the his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, Governor Fayose said; "Omirin is already in court, challenging his impeachment and common sense dictates that when you are challenging an action already taken in court, you have accepted the consequences of such action pending the determination of the suit you filed." He said the APC lawmakers should stop advertising their ignorance and crudity in the market place by posting impeachment notice online. "Since last year November, these so-called lawmakers abdicated their duties and ran to Lagos only for them to resurface on Wednesday, but they hurriedly ran away again. "Now they are posting notice of impeachment signed on March 9, 2015 and Ekiti people are asking; was the motion for impeachment moved and adopted in Lagos or Osun State House of Assembly? "Is impeachment of a governor done along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway inside a moving bus? "Rather than going about advertising their ignorance and crudity, the APC lawmakers should wait for the court to adjudicate on the case they filed because even the President-Elect, Major General Mohammadu Buhari (rtd) will respect the rule of law when he assumes office," the governor said. Franchise21:my brother, I am an Ekiti man who is deeply rooted in Ekiti politics. I was even an observer in the presidential/national Assembly election that gave me opportunity to move around freely during the election. See, I don't see anybody impeaching Fayose in Ekiti. That guy is too smart. One, he is so much loved by Ekiti people, call him anything, Ekiti people will do anything to defend and protect him. Secondly, the 19 members have no locus standi to commence impeachmentt against him, it will amount to contempt of law. Thirdly, PDP will clear the HOA election of next weekend. Now, the real gist is that all the contestants of PDP were core loyalists of Fayose who were handpicked by him. He used his money to buy forms for all of them. He ensured that they are people who are not so learned and exposed. Among them are musicians, cultural dancers etc. He has made them to sign undated resignation lettter which he has kept to blackmail them in future in case they want to sell out that is after taken an oath of allegiance with him. So you see how difficult it is for them to be bought? |
My brother. What you need is restitution. The general rule in restitution is (1) Identify the party who looses/is cheated through your action/inaction (2) Evaluate the level of risk/difficulty required in the particular restitution (3) Where the risk is high, carry your MOG along so that he can give you both moral and spiritual support (4) Confess what you have done to the offended. (5) Where possible, replace whatever you have wrongly taken with a view to pacifying the offended. In your own case, there are possibility of two offended: (a) Your wife (b) Your sex partner's husband (if she is married My brother, you will not only confess to your wife, you will have to go and tell the husband of the lady (if she is married) that you slept with his wife. Well, even the blind knows that Buhari is a boko-haram sponsor. Maybe people have forgotten, about two years ago, boko haram named him as one of their negotiator which he quickly denied having any relationship with them (I wonder why den no mention my father). Besides, to play the victim, Buhari claimed to have narrowly escaped Boko Haram attack in Kaduna. (How come that he was the only one who was fortunate to escape. e be James bond? ) It look like a decoy operation to me. |
I belong to a group of professional ideologists that cut across the nation and with a population of not less than 5,000 members. Having rated Jonathan's performance since the past six years, we have all decided that it is the time for change. In our group, we make a clear definition of the change we want. In our rating, Jonathan failed significantly in the following aspect of Governance: (a) Security: Even though the Boko Haram saga as been blamed on the utterances made by the disgruntled Northern politicians, we honestly beleive that has C-in-C, it is in his stead to provide solution (b) Corruption: The fact that the president believes that technology should be deployed to fight corruption does not mean that people who are cut in a clear-case of corruption should be given soft landing. This breeds impunity and should not be encouraged. (c) Unemployment: We know that the YOUWIN programme was geared at tackling unemployment but the massive fraud in immigration recruitment (a case where job seekers were made to pay a sum of N1,000.00 to apply for job) only for a good number to get stampeded to death upon which no recruitment was done nor the amount paid refunded is worrisome. We are able to acknowledge that the government has her achievement in the area of transportation, Agriculture, education etc, but we strongly beleive the above 3 critical area reduced the overall net-worth of the present administration. It was on this note we decided there is a need for change. However, the first thing we consider is the agent of change himself. We believe a man cannot give what he does not have. (Nemo dat quod non habet). So we reasoned that the President himself must be a man of impeccable character, untarnished integrity and uncompromising dignity. When GMB was adopted by APC as their presidential flag-bearer, We ran a quick check based on the information available at our disposal and even though we have reservation in certain area, we concluded he was more preferable to the incumbent and hence we settled for him as we continued to sensitize people around us to canvass votes for him. When the issue of Certificate saga was raised, we just believed the general will overcome it by coming out clean to prove his antagonist wrong and like many believe, we did not buy the possibility of someone of his standing not having WASC. What we expected him to do was just to make a request to the certificate awarding body and get a copy to silent those feeding on the certificate saga to his political detriment. This would have immediately nipped it in the bud, but the whole saga lingered even as we continued to defend him everywhere that there is no way he would not have the certificate. Two days before the Military spokesperson categorically stated the Army has no copy or the original or the CTC of the WASC certificate of the general and that the only document was a letter written by his Principal in 1961 promising on his behalf that Buhari will pass his papers, one of our executive members had asked in our meeting saying "Are we really sure this man has the certificate" and we all said he must have it. He asked further 'how do we know he must have it?" and He said the rule of the game his 'Proof" He must proof it to Nigerians beyond all reasonable doubt that he has it. The senior colleague went further to say getting one certificate even, if it is lost is not that difficult. He pointed out we should remember what our Organization stands for-Honesty and Integrity and when integrity is been called to question, there is a big issue. It was a shocker when the military came out to say they have no certificate of the general. This hurts us so badly because the integrity of the man we brand and market so much is at the verge of being punctured. When the general promised to hold a press conference on the issue on the second day, we had a renew hope, even though we know that already, there is an already an element of perjury in the whole saga, even if the certificate is now produced. The fact that the general deposed to an affidavit claiming that he has the certificate with the millitary, only for the later to deny the custody of the certificate has already constituted an act of perjury unless he is able to proof that the certificate was loss in the custody of the millitary. In any case, we were still hopeful, giving benefits of the doubt Patiently we waited for the second day believing our general would show us the certificate or a convincing evidence, but to our dismay and disappointment, all the general said was that 'He had assumed all this while that his certificates were with the millitary'. Personally I almost shed tears when I heard this statement because I know the implication of it. You do not depose an affidavit under assumption. It is a grivious offense that is punishable by 14 years imprisonment. Worst is it that even the general said that he school will publish his certificate as soon as it is available. At this level, we realized something is fishy about the whole saga. The procedure should be Buhari (who has the burden of proof to salient his antagonists and gain voters' support) to send a mail to Cambridge/WAEC, stating his exam details and scanning his affidavit for the misplacement of the original copy and requesting for a CTC to be sent to him through his school where he wrote the Exam in 1961. With this, all this noise about certificate this, certificate that would have ended and the political gladiators would have been put to shame. This would have made our job simple and it would have drawn more supporters who would have respected him for impeccable integrity for him but on the contrary, what we saw flying around on the internet is one haggard-looking statement of result and reports sheet that look so amateurishly doctored and intelligently fabricated. This do not serve as certificate and as a matter of fact does not convince us. We have asked time without number, why is it difficult for GMB to get a copy of his certificate from Cambridge/WAEC and we seem not to getting any answer to that. Yes it easy for us to say that the issue of certificate is not as important as issue of corruption, unemployment, security etc (even as opined by the General in his press release following the military denial of the custody of his certificate) But the way we are seen it is this: If a man can swear an affidavit that his certificates are with the military and it is found to be a lie, How can we have a guarantee that he is not an embodiment of lies and how can we entrust him with the management of this nation especially at this crucial time? If a man can (as far back as 1961) can claim he has a qualification he does not have, how can he convince us he can taclke corruption even when himself is having an onus of corruption hanged on his neck? How can a man who has grown through the rank and file of millitary to become a general without the basic entry qualification value the virtue of quality education, diligence and hard-work? How can a man who is having a suspicion of forgery and perjury beamed all around him understand the concept of good governance and positive policy formulation in a democratic setting? It is easy to say after all, he went to US war college etc., in law, Ex nihilo, nihili fit (You cannot build something or nothing). If he cannot produce his WASC certificate, then it means all other qualifications and experience a built on nothing, hence they are ultra vire -null and void. So the issue is not about the certificate now, it is about his integrity. It is about his dignity. It is about his personality and it is about the future of this nation. This nation cannot be allowed to move fro frying pan to fire. If we cannot move foward, it is better we remain on a safe spot as we cannot afford to move backward. Having considered this, there is an urgent need for the general to come clean out of this mess. There is a need for restoration of his integrity which is now been trampled upon. The general should expedite action to get a CTC of his certificate from awarding body and not the 'oluwole' being paraded all over the internet. Even if a case of perjury is picked against him, the availability of the certificate from the awarding Institution will serve as a good basis of defending himself. As for me and my group, the issue of certificate must be sorted out before he can get our votes. We, as a matter of principle, cannot afford to support person(s) with questionable integrity to be leader(s) in this nation |
How can somebody remember his WASC number after 53yrs even when he does not have a photocopy of his certificate and he does not even remember where it is kept. Can someone who even wrote waec 5yrs ago remember his exam number without recourse to his certificate? Don't forget we are talking of somebody who cannot remember his own phone number, full meaning of INEC and the name of his running mate. How come he now develop a photochronic brain to remember his exam number of the last 53yrs. Something is fishing. He must produced the certificate, otherwise, he will be guilty of perjury. emiye: |
Eziachi:No. You are the one who did not understand. Let me give you a scenario: Jude sought admission to be admitted to a university and he got one with a fake result He was fortunate to scale through the school, graduated with Bsc and still went for his masters with the same fake o 'level certificate He got a job and worked with his two university certificates and the fake o.levels cert. After like 10yrs in service, he decided to change his job and the new employee decided to do due dilligence on his certification and it was then discovered that the O' levels Cert (which is the basis of other higher certification is fake/non-existent) are we now going to say since he has been able to obtain his two university certification, the o level' cert is of no relevant? No sir. "Ex nihilo, nihili fit' (You can not build something on nothing) Even the bible says when the foundation is destroyed, what can the righteous do? If you build a skyscraper on a shaky foundation, it is bound to collapse. If truly Buhari does not have O 'levels, it means he was not qualified in the first instance to be admitted into the military, hence Everything he has achieved in the army is nothing but fraud, hence null and void since you cannot build legality on illegality. 2. Buhari deposed to affidavit that he has his original certificates (i beleive WASC inclusive since that is what he filled in INEC forms) with the millitary which the formal has vehemently denied. which means he lied under oath outrightly. He is liable for perjury (He has to prove that Millitary lost the credentials) Well he said he will address press. I only hope he has a good position, otherwise, the old man is playing with 14yrs imprisonment unless it is glossed over. The evil men did... I wish him good luck (not Jonathan) 3. In the form |

Op, have you ever heard about the word pejury? Do you know that Buhari is playing with 14yrs imprisonment? Do you know about the legal maxim 'Ex Nihilo, nihili fit'. Google is your friend? |

Fayose blasts Ekiti Speaker, says he has no right to own private business October 23, 2014Premium Times Ayo Fayose is Ekiti state governor. The governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, has described as “mischief” the claim by the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Adewale Omirin, that his (Mr. Omirin’s) filling station was sealed for political reasons. The governor had on Tuesday ordered the immediate closure of the petrol station, T5 Petrol Station, owned by the Speaker, alongside three other stations. Mr. Omirin, a member of the All progressives Congress, APC, in a statement by his media aide, Wole Olujobi, had interpreted Mr. Fayose’s action as political intimidation and coercion. He alleged that the governor ordered the closure of the station because he refused to join Mr. Fayose’s party, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. The House commenced one month recess a few days after Mr. Fayose was sworn in. In a statement by his Special Assistant on Information and Social Media, Lere Olayinka, on Thursday, the governor said Mr. Omirin’s response was the height of mischief and misrepresentation of facts. The statement argued that as a public office holder, “The speaker does not have legal rights to own private business, and one wonders how someone prohibited by law to own private business while in office can be said to be the owner of a filling station that is under construction.” The governor also said contrary to the claim by the speaker and the APC, apart from T5 Petrol Station in the Ajilosun area in Ado-Ekiti, three other petrol stations were similarly shut down for contravening environmental laws. The statement listed the other stations to include INIS Integrated Services located along Iworoko Road, Ado-Ekiti, belonging to Churchill Adedipe; NIPCO Petrol Station (Morolu Global Services), Isato-Oke in Ado-Ekiti, belonging to one Mr. Oloko, and PHENROSE Limited, Ajilosun in Ado-Ekiti, owned by Mr Gilbert Igweka. The statement advised Mr. Omirin to tread softly so as to prevent himself from being pushed into perdition. He argued that Code 2 (b) of the Code of Conduct Act prohibits public office holders like the Speaker from participating in management or running of any private business, profession or trade. “Therefore, those making noise in the media that Dr. Omirin owns a filling station are only trying to throw him inside the web of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, and the noisemakers won’t be available to help him out of the mess they would have put him,” the statement said. “Four filling stations were sealed-up and one of them belong to an Ibo man. Are they also saying that the Ibo man is a politician and being coerced by the governor? “Are they also saying that Mr Oloko, the owner of NIPCO Petrol Station (Morolu Global Services) is a member of the APC and a serving member of the Ekiti State House of Assembly?” The statement urged the leaders of the APC, especially the immediate past governor, Kayode Fayemi and Bola Tinubu, who is a former governor of Lagos state to accept their fate and let peace reign in Ekiti State.
