But one talk led to another and she told me it was that my friend that told her to get broom and sweep the room. When she said it, I wasn’t so cool with it because I felt he didn’t have that right to tell my girlfriend to sweep the room. Even if she wanted to sleep it, I should be the one to tell her and not my room mate. I told him and he didn’t see anything wrong with it and insisted that I didn’t like it and he shouldn’t do it next time, because I found it a bit disrespectful to myself and my girlfriend. Since then, he hasn’t been so cool, we talk but not like before. Did I overreact? Do you think it’s okay or wrong for my roommate to tell my girlfriend to sweep the room?

NB; I do not tell my girlfriend to sweep the room when my roommate is around, so it doesn’t bring “see finish “ so, she’s never swept in his presence before, but she does it when he’s not around.

Also, he has his girlfriend that comes to the house too and I have never told her to do anything like that before. So, what do you guys think?

Honestly ehhn, If my roommate has to ask my girlfriend to sweep my house before she does , it means there is an issue . It's actually shameful for you to have issue with your friend because of this . TOPIC: What Was The Best Gift You Have Received Since You Were Born?

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.


*Message*


The best gifts a person on earth must have received must be eternal in nature (such gifts must have eternity significance) and not subjected to degradation by the corruption of this temporal imperfect world.

The best gifts I've received since I was born were from God, characterized by eternal relevance (in other words, the gifts have eternity significance).

The best gifts I received from the LORD were eternal life, served on the platform of His pure Love through faith in Christ Jesus, activated by the Holy Ghost. It opened the doors to several other divine gifts, including His ever soothing Presence that refreshes me and makes me immune from the pangs of this worn-out earth, as well as other spiritual gifts to be empowered for the work of ministry and promote the beautiful agenda of His glorious kingdom.

Let me show you the significance of these gifts.

First, God had offered to an undeserving world the gift of His pure Love.

Take note of the fact that sin redesigned the destiny of the earth and its inhabitants to go the way of doom and perishing.

There are two folds of perishing:

1. Perishing On Earth
Characterized by continuous degradation of the quality of life, and being weak to become all that one has been destined to be.
Look around your society, many folks are perishing under the burdens of sin, satan, self, sickness, poverty, death, hell, and other negative stuff.

2. Perishing Into Eternity
Once a person dies without doing the needful (making things right with God and accepting His offer of love), such will use his or her own legs to embrace the paths of perishing in hell and the lake of fire burning with brimstone (Revelation 19:20; 20:10, 15).

God's Gift Of Eternal Life

The antidote of having to settle for the ugly paths of perishing on earth and into eternity is being injected with eternal life, through faith in Christ Jesus.

*Eternal life is the very life of God, and its composition is eternally potent to make you live above self, sin, satan, sickness, poverty, hell, curses, etc.*

What better gift is there to these?

Growing up, my mother did a lot of terrible things to me even till I became an adult. I'm 40 now and she's aged.

She's trying to be kind to me now and I've forgiven her or so I thought. My life didn't turn out well the way I wanted because of her curse and evil mind towards me.

She regrets everything now and I have moved on but the memories fail to leave me. I've tried as much as possible to forget those things but I can't and each time I remember them I feel this rage inside of me.
