There are quite a few reasons chlorosis occur in green plants (in this case), few possible causes ranging from poor drainage, damaged roots, compacted roots, high soil pH, and nutrient deficiencies in the plant. Nevertheless, in this particular case (Though picture not clear enough), just add manure to increase the Nitrogen level. If you practice inorganic farming (which I strongly oppose), you could introduce NPK fertilizer with more of the Nitrogen (10:5:5 of 20:10:10) or Urea with manure.

There's really nothing to worry about, your plants are doing just fine.
