benjamin1997: mind you , am not a supporter of any political party or presidential aspirant. but some nights ago , i had a dream and for so long now i have been pondering over it. The dream goes like this .. ..... -in a very big compound filled with filths and weeds ,the whole nigerians where inside this compound and buhari was in-charge , everyone was complaining about the stinking filths and the weeds that where taking over the whole compound , suddenly buhari left the compound and another man(tinubu)took over and cleared the whole weeds and quenched the filths ,everywhere became clean and was smelling good again and many were happy. but a section of people(igbo) in the compound were still not happy over the man now in_charge(tinubu), they where complaining, backbiting ,grudging and lamenting that they want to leave the compound , after several conplaints , the man incharge(tinubu) now allowed them to leave and they left the compound slowly - ......that was the dream i had some nights ago, even before tinubu went to the president and declared interest to contest for the presidential seat.
THANKS...

God expectations is for Nigeria security officers to send those miscreants to him first.
Have you people done that before expecting God to answer your prayers?
Without killing those miscreants and arrest those who are sponsoring them, then don't expect any miracle from God.
Btw, God do not support incompetency
For the first time I have seen a sensible post from you... But tell your darling daddy that he is just a confused and a failure personified mumu man. I remember when this mediocre and his gang of roughs were castigating Jonathan seeking the face of God over the mild insecurity situation in 2015 and the barrage of insults and criticism they heaped on him for calling on God for help. Tell me any leader or king that can succeed or has ever succeeded without God's backing
Untill apc clear the air on the allegations of imaginary 1000 Nigerian names on Jonathan's watchlist, which were to be killed by snippers, and how many on the said list were actually killed as was alleged by the devilish party, I can never take apc for a serious party other than the lying factory machine that it is,

Linx1234: Afenifere, the Yoruba socio-cultural group, has described Bola Tinubu, the former Governor of Lagos state interest to run for the presidency come 2023 as a welcome development.
In a statement signed by its Secretary-General, Bayo Aina, he said the Southwest had been placed in a position to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
Tinubu had informed Buhari of his intention to run for the presidency in 2023.
He disclosed this after a meeting with the President at the State House, Abuja, on Monday.
seborrhic: I can bet anything this is another concocted tale by this story fabricating, blackmailing blogger. How can all your IDs be deactivated over a story that was not even true in the first place. Yes,the Buhari government is the worst thing to happen to Nigeria but people should not allow one frustrated individual to be using it to fo ol them for his own selfish desire. Sowore is a lying, disturbed human being. I even wonder who reads his fabricated stories in SR any longer.
His stories are now fabricated because there no more about Jonathan & his wife. One thing I know is that when you ganged up against someone who has done you no personal wrong be rest assured that your own is gonna come when you least would have expected it.
Sowore hasn't seen nothing yet in the hands of bihari & apc. It was sowore that brought bihari through his smear campaign of calumny against Jonathan, his wife Patience & his government. So bihari can even crushed sowore's head for all I care
FreeStuffsNG: If the questions were not pedestrian, Jibril Abdulmumin, PhD, won't have ignored his question. The age of Asiwaju Tinubu is in public domain and Asiwaju Tinubu has already addressed the unnecessary politicization of his right to procure services to get a secured cash to his house as a private citizen. He should be asking questions on emerging and serious issues that help us know how prepared Asiwaju' s team is for the job. I know a few of such questions but won't state them here but asking a campaign manager for the age of his principal for such important interview is useless and unproductive use of time. Hence, he was ignored on that question. Those whose only political strategy for winning election is by deploying lies, bigotry and tribal bitterness will lose las las. They always lose but still never learn because their hearts are filled with bitterness. My appeal goes to the media to be serious minded. Nigerians rely on them to grill the candidates on serious issues of governance.
Please vote for Asiwaju Tinubu. Asiwaju Tinubu is extremely capable and competent to lead Nigeria to greater heights. God bless Nigeria forever.
I think you're correct, the interviewer ought to have asked Mr. Jubril what his principal meant by "Where Are The Cows" or Is Evans Also a Fulani Bandit
Acechief: Meanwhile an Islamic human rights organisation, the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has hailed the governor for the decision. The group described the governor’s decision as visionary, equitable and humane.
The group expressed its opinion through its director and founder, Professor Ishaq Akintola, on Wednesday, 12th January, 2022.
Believes anything that comes from this man mouth at your perils. Senator Akpanudoedehe had said earlier that, there is no single community or Local Government in the north that is under the control of Boko haram, but Zulum the Governor of Borno State has come out to declare that infact, two Local Government Areas in the State are actually under Boko Haram control, where the terrorists can conveniently hold parties, collect levies and celebrate marriages. Now one thing is clear and that is the fact that once you join APC, your brain will start malfunctioning automatically.
Omooba77: Governor Babagana Umara Zulum on Wednesday revealed that Abadam and Guzamala Local Government Areas in Borno state are still under the control of Boko Haram sect.
This revelation by the Governor corroborated the statement earlier credited to the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Abdulkarim Lawan who told Journalists recently that 99% of communities of Guzamala Council area where he hail from are under the control of Boko Haram.
The governor stated this when Chairman Senate Committee on Army, Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume led other senators including military officers from the army headquarters in a courtesy call on Zulum at the Government House.
Zulum said; ” I am pleased to inform you that we have started witnessing gradual return of peace, but more need to be done, because, presently, Guzamala and Abadam Local Government Areas are still under the control of Boko Haram.
“Although, the current Service Chiefs, the Theatre Commander, and indeed our General Officer Commanding 7 Division are up and doing. We want to commend the military and other para military personnel for their gallant efforts to see to the end of terrorism in this part of the country.
“Unfortunately, Government and people of Borno state, especially those from southern and northern parts of the state are worried over the increasing number of ISWAP groups who have been terrorizing their communities.
“Just few days ago, I recieved a security report that in some communities of Mandaragirau axis in Biu Local Government Area, there are reports that over 500 Boko Haram/ISWAP groups have been converging with over 300 motorcycles and even celebrating parties/marriages amongst themselves without confrontation.
“ISWAP are more equipped, sophisticated, intelligent and dangerous as they grow from strength to strength.
“ISWAP are collecting taxes along major roads in Damboa and other axis in southern Borno. It is very unfortunate.
“But the good news is that about 11 local Government areas of Gwoza, Bama, Marte, Monguno, Kaga, Gubio, Mafa, Dikwa, Ngala and host of others are becoming more peaceful than before, and this could be attributed to about 20,000 surrendered members of Boko Haram who are now in our custody.
” I want to use this opportunity to solicit for prayers from all and sundry for total restoration of peace not only in Borno state, but the country as a whole.” Zulum stated.
Ndume earlier in his address told the governor that they were in Borno to assess the security situation and to thank Borno State Government for its unflinching support towards restoration of peace and end the carnage perpetrated by terrorists in the north east region.
The February convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been suspended till June.
Daily Sun gathered in Abuja, yesterday, that court cases arising from its ward, local government and state congresses as well as factions in some state chapters influenced the leadership of the party and its Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) to postpone the convention.
A top party source, who declined to be named as he was not authorised to speak on behalf of the CECPC, disclosed that the need to settle internal wrangling, create more time for consultations and settlement of litigations were considered in shifting the convention.
“The committee is working and some stakeholders even met the president last weekend. So, there are consultations and one major thing to consider is that these consultations are not made public so as not to attract so much attention and sabotage of the process. There are behind-the-scenes efforts to make sure the convention is held as soon as possible, though it is not longer feasible for next month.”
Asked if the convention could hold before the first half of the year, the source said: “Oh, sure. There’s great hope, of course, before June. There’s great hope for that. The APC wants to go into the convention united. The major issue is that the party doesn’t want to go to the convention with litany of problems, complaints, challenges and court cases. They want to resolve it as relatively quickly as possible because the convention is the stepping stone to the general election. If you don’t get it right at the convention, you’re in trouble. No matter how long it takes to hold the convention, we should get it right…
“…And the truth is that the CECPC believes if the party has not solved the problems arising from ward, local government and state congresses, with the controversies arising therefrom, so, if these congresses have generated, say, over 100 court cases and challenges for the party, going ahead with the convention would likely double those numbers of challenges and court cases. At the end of the day, there would be litany of court cases all over the place and that would not be good for the party, particularly in 2023.
“So, instead of approaching the convention with litany of cases, some of which are already in the courts, the leadership has decided to resolve the issues on ground, first. At the end of the day, if the issues are not resolved, the outcome of the convention could be contested in court because it won’t be one or two people approaching the court on the convention.
“You can imagine, before you resolve the ward congresses that are being challenged now, then, you have to resolve that of the local governments and then, the state congresses and the fourth one is the national convention.
“These are problems, if unresolved, would affect the party performance in 2023 general election. The CECPC is trying to be cautious, the committee is trying to be careful and working towards resolving these problems relatively. Even if they cannot resolve all, let’s have major challenges resolved, particularly those that may stand as serious impediment against the party.”
Another source said it was imperative to shift the convention and allow the reconciliation committee do its work.
“If we can settle the big fishes, the party can managed, to an extent, any fallout from the national convention. So, this is what the party is trying to do behind the scene.
“The reconciliation committee has, to a large extent, resolved the differences in the party in Gombe, they were also in Osun, Ogun and Kwara. They are now working on major challenges then, lighter ones can be resolved quickly; before the convention.
“The CECPC is also working on states and areas where there are serious challenges for the party so as not to approach the convention with several court cases which may affect the performance of the party in 2023.”
A source in the CECPC dismissed insinuations that the convention was delayed because of Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni’s alleged interest in contesting one of the top two positions in 2023.
I thought some zombie use to say that Tinubu is the owner of the APC. So now, how come he can't even determine what's happening in his party, even now that the event of the day is definitely gonna have an adverse effect on his unfounded political ambition.
My people no be small thing at all. Some people are totally unmarketable which ever way you look at it. Tinubu for instance, is not a good product to be market presidentially. The campaign DG was completely boxed to a coner and he started sweating the moment that question was thrown at him.

Chiefecho: President Muhammadu Buhari has revealed that he looks forward to when he will be “less busy” as his age is telling on him.
The 79-year-old Nigerian Leader said this during an interview with NTA.
The President expressed hope of Nigerians appreciating all he did at the end of his tenure.
Buhari said;
“About my age, I see my colleagues, they are now resting, and I assure you that I look forward to the next 17 months when I too will be less busy.
“The age is telling on me, working now for six, seven to eight hours per day in the office is no joke — there are questions of executive council, memos from as many states as possible to be considered virtually every week. Really, it’s a lot of hard work, but as I’ve said, I asked for it and I cannot complain.
“I have been a governor, I have been a minister, and I’m in my second term as president. So, I’ve gone through all the system and really, what else can I do for this country? I have given my best.”
So dem dey retire? I been tink say, dey no dey retire for their work before? Same treatment await those of dem still serving. Wouldn't they beat armless citizens again and shoot dem with their guns No civilian should join their protest, let dem face their pay masters alone Tueh!

Ebunoluwa2020: A large presidential campaign billboard bearing the name and picture of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has surfaced in Abuja, the nation’s capital, The PUNCH has observed.
Osinbajo, a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, is serving his second and final term of four years as the Vice President alongside the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.).
Our correspondent observed that the campaign banner which was attached to a bridge in a strategic location at the Central Area in Abuja had a picture of Osinbajo.
The campaign banner had the inscription, “Join us, Nigeria asks for Osinbajo 2023.”
Though no party’s name or logo was inscribed on the large banner, it had the name of a group, ‘The Progressive Project 2023’ as the sponsor.
There have been speculations that Osinbajo may be interested in contesting the 2023 presidential election.
Already, some pressure groups canvassing support for him have emerged.
This is just as national leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, is also said to be considering contesting the election.
Please I want to ask, if the people who are fully vaccinated with the covid-19 vaccine can still test positive to covid-19 virus, what exactly is the import of being vaccinated in the first place? N/B. Being fully vaccinated, means that, these people, who now, still test positive to covid-19, have all been administered to first, second, third and the booster jabs of the covid-19 vaccine, so how come, they still test positive to covid-19 virus Please no insult, I just wish to be enlighten on this seeming mystry.
Timoleon: The president earns 1.2m monthly, does he buy food? No paid for by Nigerians!, clothes? No, housing/rent, No! Travel? No, medical insurance? Special staff for every possible role you can think of at his beck and call. Multiple allowance yearly before the end of his tenor. Is the seat of the two presidency a place of charity or a place of service?
You talk about judges, ministers etc. the same applies to them. Yes it’s a tough task being a judge. These judges however also enjoy huge bonuses when you compare it to the economic situation of the country. Multiple allowances( wardrobe, housing, cars they even get domestic staff all on government pocket). So why is 700k encouraging a lot person who is in a position to uphold moral values into corruption?
You talk about using their salary to take care of their community and their hoard of friends. Does it make sense to you? Did you think about it at all?
If you are concerned about the government salary structure encouraging corruption, I had hoped you were talking about staff in the lower cadre with no benefits other than their job security. Not the fat cats with huge bonuses and allowances.
No mind the 0p is doing a paid job don't be surprised if he is relative of any of those people he mention and speak for
