In my own opinion, I think studying computer science in school is a waste of time. Computer science has been branched out and these branches are being studied as courses in schools now...

Courses like Cyber security, software engineering, Information Tech, Information Systems etc are much better because they are specialized in their study compared to computer science their mother course.

I'm studying Cyber security now and I'm glad I wasn't given the course I applied for (which is Computer science)

If you want to pursue a career in programming, I don't think you necessarily have to study computer science. You can apply your programming knowledge in any field you find yourself and thrive in it.

If there's no particularly important reason you want to study in UI, there are other good schools that offer Computer Eng.

p.s. Studying in a particular school doesn't decide your success in life

Online tutorials and youtube videos will be better since you're just starting.

But I want to know if I can upgrade from ms 2013 to 2016 and use the KMS as the activator?

I think you'll need a web developement framework to do that... You'll also need to have knowledge in programming if you're going to do it yourself.
