dominique:The Bank makes profits in three different ways. Firstly, is buying and selling; meaning it buy an asset and sell at a profit. Note that, Islamic Banks are the only institutions authorized to engage in trade. Secondly, is through leasing. Under the leasing arrangement, the Bank can for instance, finance a factory’s need for equipment and machineries and then lease out same on rental basis. Thirdly, is through partnership. Here, it can go into partnership with either an individual or corporate body on a joint venture which is based on a pre-agreed profit and loss sharing formula. Purchase this Alienware NEBULA RED M17 4k RTX 2070 as brand new few months ago. Switched it on the first day and I noticed it flickers. Specification Alienware M17 Nebula Red Intel Core i7-8750H 6-Core, 9MB Cache, up to 4. 1GHz w/Turbo Boost| 17.3 inch @ 4K Display | 16GB 2666MHz DDR4, | 1TB m2 SSD| NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8GB GDDR6 Flickering issue was as the result of the inbuilt Microsoft Intel UHD Graphics 630 . Once I disabled it on the device manager, the flickering stops and when it is enabled back the flickering resumes. Flickering doesnt affect game play in anyway and it doesn't affect any program running on the laptop. I have use lumion on it and some other sw to be sure. I have also watch movies on vlc and play around with the laptop to be sure what the flickering affect and what not. So, I am selling this laptop as it is. It is a limited edition purchased for over $1800 excluding shipping. The laptop is just sitting on my table here collecting dust so i am just gonna sell it. If you have any question drop it here.
