I think is good is good to use the premium if you want your application to be fast

The same problem that my documents are not complete thats what they wrote. I decided to call TLS, to ask them , i can I bring the original document, the lady that picked up, asked me, if the embassy has called me, to bring the CAC i said no. The TLS said there's no need to worry since the embassy didn't call me. My people since on 20th October i submitted till now i have not had from them.. I have another place to travel to, how can they hold passport till now no any news from them. Only what i am seeing please be patient it is still processes. And i am a frequent traveller. Please what can i do.

I call the customer care number and they did change it for me thank you

But they issued the visa without the original CAC

Cac documents. They will only accept original and will send it back
Bank statement of both businesses and personal account
Bank reference letter
Previous visa
Cover letter
Itinerary
Travel and hotel booking
Filled application form

I didn’t go with my original cac. So they wrote on my document that I had missing files

Thank you have contact the customer service at TLS it has been changed
