5. Always Stay Hydrated.

6. And your mind, Make sure your Mind is Healthy. How do I make my mind Healthy, I read the "Word of Truth". Take your mind off sexual stuff (Try), images, movies etc that seduces, avoid, build yourself, You are too special to be a Sex Slave.

7. Don't go back to Masturbating, You already have Authority over it, You would only be going back to your Vomit.
