The Ohaneze Ndigbo, Afenifere, Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) and the Northern Elders Forum all rejected the result of the presidential groups - All the groups had endorsed Atiku Abubakar of the APC for presidency . The group urged Atiku to go to court and urged Nigerians to fight for a legitimate government. The Ohaneze Ndigbo, Afenifere, Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) and the Northern Elders Forum have rejected the outcome of the presidential election calling on Atiku Abubakar to challenge the result in court. The Chief John Nwodo-led Ohaneze Ndigbo, Ango ABdullahi’s Northern Elders Forum, Ayo Adebanjo’s Afenifere and Edwin Clark’s PANDEF had all endorsed Atiku Abubaar for presidency although he eventually lost to President Muhammadu Buhari. The groups on Saturday, March 2 released a communiqué urging Atiku to “exhaust the entire democratic process by challenging the results in the courts as provided for in the Constitution.” They noted that Atiku was endorsed prior to the election because he was the only one who could develop the country. The groups called on Nigerians to stand form and make sure legitimate leadership is restored. They said: “The Forum commends the statesmanship and commitment to the democratic process of the PDP candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, GCON, Wazirin Adamawa, to exhaust the entire democratic process by challenging the results in the courts as provided for in the constitution. We see his decision as patriotic, responsible and ultimately the highest contribution to the democratic system. Some other person would by now be soaking ‘baboons and dogs in blood”, “The Peace Accord was ridiculed by deliberate and open abuse of organs of the state, the denial of rights of many citizens to vote and blatant abuse of all the commitments made by the administration. To decline to challenge obviously fictional figures, failures to respect key elements of the electoral process such as use of Smart Card Readers and preventing agents and observers access to all processes is to condone the massive setback which this election represents for the country. The outcome of the elections were clearly premeditated in the refusal of the President to sign the Electoral Act and the orchestrated suspension of Justice Walter Onoghen as the CJN shortly before the composition of Electoral Tribunals. “The Forum calls on the judiciary to uphold the highest standards of integrity and commitment to its hallowed role by doing justice to the appeals that will come before it knowing that the eyes of the world would be on them .We are aware that attempts are being made to demoralize and intimidate the judiciary to remove a conducive context for litigations. We remind the judiciary that it is the last defence of our democratic process. “We appeal to all Nigerians to continue to show faith in the democratic process and remain law-abiding as we await the decisions of the judiciary on a matter that will ultimately determine the quality of our democratic process and the nature of the nation we all call our own. We recall that in endorsing the candidature of Atiku for the election ,we did anchor our support on identifying a candidate among many good candidates we interacted with who can retool Nigeria to move on the path of development as a true federal entity ,the pattern of voting in areas where there were semi- free elections showed an overwhelming endorsements of our position by popular votes. And the polls results have shown further a badly divided polity that needs a unifier and not a divisive person as a leader. “We insist Nigerians must stand firm and ensure that they are governed by a legitimate leadership Meanwhile, Atiku Abubakar, the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in 2019 presidential election, has set up a legal team that will challenge the victory of the incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in court. The Guardian reports that the inauguration of his legal team, headed by Dr Livy Uzoukwu (SAN), on Saturday, was announced by his media aide Paul Ibe through a statement. |
If Alaka is involved, I pray that God will not let him be free but the bitter truth about Ikorodu no moral value again, we all see young Boys of 20s and 30s, living like kings without any source of income, is either will celebrate them or pretends as if we don’t see them. Visit joints in ikorodu and you will know what am saying. Until we face the reality and start asking questions about how people make their money, we are just making noise. Alaka or no Alaka, thousands of them are in Ikorodu and other parts on Nigeria. Yahoo boys, or Yahoo+ Boys, are they not all ritualise. Please let stop deceiving ourselves. |
Nigerians will agree with me that we re in real trouble but our leaders are not see any calamity coming. killing is going on in Ikorodu everyday. Baddo kills or peoples kills suspected Baddo members, burt alive. Nigeria Police enter the drama, arresting innocents people, to prove to Nigerians that they are working. More and more dramas to come. to be sincere with ourselves, we are in trouble in this nation |

As I used to say, this man call FFK is sick and needs medical attention quickly |
FFK is a mad man. He needs to be examined again.we all know his state of mind before. |
Things fall apart, and the centre cannot hold. Ikorodu a place of peace few year back has now turn to town of blood and fear. You wake up today and you are not sure of tomorrow. Ritual killing every day, Baddo or cult boys and girls are in control and the leaders of Ikorodu and Lagos state are busy celebrate Lagos @50, what a shame. Once again, am using this medium to call upon the state government to come and responds to SAVE OUR SOUL call from people living in Ikorodu metropolis. Several families have been wipe-out in ikorodu, and many innocent souls have been killed by been label as Baddo. Governor Ambode must wake up and find lasting solution to this killing, before it will be spread to other part of the state. Remember that if the issue of Boko Aram have been put under control from day one, it wouldn’t turn to national issue. People cannot sleep in ikorodu at the night. Everyone has turned to vigilantes, few that can afford it has parked out of ikorodu. Ask people living in Ibeshe, Itamaga, Ogolonto, Adamo, Aleke, Agric. They will tell you of nightmare they are passing through and it look as police cannot do anything to help. From the record, more than seven families has been wipe-out completely. This is not child play, Mr. Governor, address this like yesterday before things is out of control. |
anything goes in Nigeria. once you can stand against the government of the day, if your course is just or not. people just rise up to cause confusion in the land in the name of fighting for their own people and we all know that the fight is for their own good alone. Gani Adams did his own and successfully made himself a local champion , several smart Nigerians did the same thing, taking advantage of our foolishness. one thing I want us to understand is that been an Hausa, Yoruba, Ibo, Minority or Majority is not our problem but the spirit of wickedness and selfishness in us is our major problem. I know most of you will not agree with me and you will even abuse me but am very sure very soon, you will agree with me that this man call Kanu is not fighting for Ibo but his personal gain, it may be for political or economic gain. we have seen many of them before and many are still coming. |
One of the major challenges we are facing as a nation is our non sensitivity to what is going on around us. We pretend a lot when what is going on is not directly affecting us. We even get to the point we celebrate the pains and agony of other people on social media as if we are happy about it. How can we explain a situation where people were involved in ghastly motor accident and dead bodies lie on floor while others are injured and the next thing you see people doing is bring out their phones and take pictures and recording in other to send it fast to Facebook , whatsapp or other social media. The question at this point is that if one were in that position k of restlessness and all you see instead of help is recording, how would one feel? Things are getting worse each day, No fear of God, no human feeling, killing is the order of the day all over the country, yet our leaders all over the country are pretending as if nothing is happening. The recent killing of four young men in ikorodu is one of the things that made me marvel and realise that the future of this country is indeed very sad. When the issue of Baddo started in Ibeshe , one of the sub-town in ikorodu, no one saw it as a big deal until more happening. Those killed then have no value as far as Lagos state government is concern. Since people living in Ikorodu were considered as low class citizen, the government in power see nothing special. These terrible incidents happened not once or twice in that location but our so call leader pretends as if nothing extraordinary happened. Within few months now, many killings to mention a few were done by Badoo men in almost all towns within Ikorodu metropolis. Baddo struck in Itamaga, Aleke, Odogunyan and Igbogbo which resulted to gruesome killings. They go into innocent people’s houses in the night all in the name of taking their blood. When the issue of Boko haram started, people from south east and south west never see anything special about it. Some used to say that let them kill themselves in the north but today, we all see as national problem. Am using this medium to beg and appeal to the government to please move fast and get to the root of this many ritual killings. Almost everyone in ikorodu understands that secrets cults sects are being talked about while our Obas, elders and leaders are helpless on what to do. If the Lagos State Government do not get to do the needful now, we pray it does not degenerate to a national issue that federal governments will be begging international communities for assistance and help. People living in ikorodu are now living in great fear daily; police are helpless as killing is going on every day. Innocent souls wrongly label as Baddo and killed broad day light and our leaders are at ease. You may say that, thank God am not living in Ikorodu but you or someone close to you may fall victim tomorrow. Let Lagos state government rise up to their call, safety of lives and properties is number one responsibility of any responsible government. Eko oni baje....... |
the test should be for everyone living in Lagos, all lagosian are mad, not police alone |
one Nation, one Nigeria.in one love we stand? the three major tribes in this country know that we are not one and we shall never be one because of the haltered our fore fathers had succeeded planted in our life. everyone of us know that there enough tensions in this country now and for God sake we should not encourage anything that will cause lose of life and properties again. police has done the right thing by put things under country. if the Ibo man has been allowed to go house and Hausa go after him and kill him, all of us we just sit with our laptops or phones and writing our nonsense, none of our business because the lives lost are not our relatives. we do not value lives in this country because of our wickedness , if the Ibo man or Hausa man die is not our cup of tea, because we hate them and love ourselves alone. peace of this country or our community does not really matter to us and what annoying me most is that we all go to church on Sunday and we claimed we love God. there is no future for this country or our coming generation if all of us continues with this spirit of bitterness towards one another whether we together or separated because we are all evil, no love of God in any Nigerian , only deceived ourselves in the name of religions and tribalism. |
life is so funny, so no body support the course of Niger Delta Avenger again. well my own be say, all this things will make Nigeria strong more than before, what all of us needs to believed is that we can survive as a nation with oil. if one part of the country believed that without them others part of the country can be, is great mistake. God created us to complement one another, Nigeria as a nation like parts of body that have their own functions to carry out. At this point let all encourage this people to complete what they have started so that more revenue can come to them. i beg federal government to stop the clean up of Ogoni land as this will be wasting of money and time. Nigeria will go through this hard time, but Buhari should supply them with more ammunition for them to complete this bobbing in time. God bless Nigeria |
Nigeria is a great nation where people pretend to love the nation by just words of mouth but hate the country by their actions. Can anything ever work out in this nation? We all pretend to love God but work of our hands says different things. Muslims, Christians and even tradition believers clam we loved and believed in God but work of our hands and our actions say opposite. Who is deceiving who in this country? When I was young as a Yoruba boy, I was made to understand that good name is better than gold. people value the good name of the family more than riches and any valuable things but today those things have gone. The same Ekiti that my people values their cultures and respect their elders with all due respect now have governor that do not respect anyone at all, even a president that is of his mother age. We are in Nigeria that we all know that money that our politicians are looting belongs to all of us but we pretend as if nothing is wrong, why because we are the same things with them just waiting for our own time to steal and loot. We are in the country where corruption is not stealing but your own share of national cake. A nation that whose tribe is in power becomes more powerful than any other tribes in the country. this is only nation in the world that only unifies factor is football. this is nation that people believe in miracles than hard work . Nigeria is nation that religion leaders will ask us to pray for food, light, good road, protection of life etc when God has already gives this and few people are sitting on it and the rest pretend as if they don't know. A great nation where cup of rice during election is more important than the future of their children. Nigeria is a nation that people steal our money and keeps it where they can not get it back even when government collect another set of people steal it again. Fantastically corrupt nation where governors and president claims to build best hospital in the world but rush out for medical care even for ear infection. to be continues.................................. |
