seriously I don't blame managers oo but the players. Check out leicester city naa, only 2 players makes the team thick with their consistent productivity- Vardy and Mahrez. Yeah agree with you but not totally... In the case of Van Gaal it is partially his fault for refusing to evolve.... Why play a system/pattern that doesn't suit your team or some of your players? Leicester are a team with a sound and tactical manage who knows his team well and is not scared to tinker with his formation wish same could be said of Van Gaal and his boring Philosophy.....
