I know it requires PC to make the backup I just tried alternative since I dont have a PC now. that's why I asked you if you can find anything useful in either or both files.

the first one, I backed it up from my custom recover TRWP and the second one is the IMEI folder from my root memory.

NB: the backup is not my follow come IMEI. I've changed it since oti pe.

N:B- To make a backup that will give you the NVRAM.BIN file you need to use a system(p.c) installed with the right phone drivers and also mtk droid tools.
Just know a little myself so I thought I share.

To answer your question, let me start by saying you don't have to be cleared for you to be mobilized. Also you don't have to be cleared before you can do your NYSC registration. If you so wish you can do your clearance two days to camp or even a day and it changes nothing for you. The only thing there is convenience and also the availability of the heads/personnel of various departments that you need to visit for their signature, and stamp. Clearance only enable you get your SOR Or OC as it is a requirement for registration in camp. So, its up to you to decide but just like others in here have said, its advisable you do it early january being the earliest or latest February...
